Wonderful experience - We took the Bolt taxi to and from the Popeye Village. Had a very enjoyable time seeing the actors and visiting the various houses which were in the film.

Not to be missed - Atypical village and especially a beautiful landscape. High catering rates. Pop corn and free postcard. Great view from outside the park and possibility to swim

Very nice experience - Very nice experience! It is a very nice place in a beautiful setting where you can stay all day busy: visiting houses, shows, games, entertainment, possibility of supervised or unsupervised swimming, jet ski and other water activities and on-site catering. We had a great time

If you have kids, it’s a must! - Having vaguely remembered the film from 35 years ago when last watched it. We (family of 4, kids 4 & 7) walked to Popeyes Village from our hotel (DB Seabank) on 17/19. I was actually blown away at how good it is. It’s really pretty & well maintained/restored, but it’s the actors who make it. They work so hard, to make it a really entertaining and intimate experience. We spent time chatting with Popey, Olive Oyl, Bluto & the Mayor & all were doing a really great job. I really hope management see this to pass on the feedback! I’ve been to Disney/universal theme parks on 20’ish different holidays during my life. I honestly think this these character actors are the best I’ve ever encountered. We really enjoy enjoyed our time looking around, interacting with the characters and playing the various games they put on or are available. The kids used the pools & playgrounds after. The sea was a it to choppy for them to safely get onto on our visit. If you have kids, it’s an absolute must!

Absolutely worth visiting. - Impeccably maintained set, overlooking a beautiful bay with a crystal clear sea. Visited on a very windy day, we did not use the beach and the inflatables in the water, but in good weather are available. Staff very good at entertaining both adults and children; they play scenes from the film that are announced in time, hang out with visitors for photos and some funny jokes and much more. Two kiosks for eating/drinking, cinema, wooden games usable without paying scattered throughout the set, minigolf, gift shop.... More than recommended especially if you are traveling with children, but also all the adults present had a smile on their faces.

A world for children - It doesn't come cheap and over 3 years they charge children but this village is a real world made to measure for children There is the tomato set with very good actors that involve you in games and activities The set is cute and there is no boredom You can also swim in the blaua with the water of a nice green even if it was not very clean There is also the pool area where there are many other activities Really much for families

Nice place to go with kids - Nice place to go with kids. But I underline with kids. We have spend nice time there. Only serious critics is food offer in only restaurant there - litterally you have 2-3 choices, food is average or below average.

Worth a visit - This is a good activity to do whilst in the area. Yes it has a lot for kids but adults can enjoy the experience also. Unless sunbathing or using the beds this probably is not a whole day. Staff put on a good show for the guests, so I would recommend

Popeye Village Malta 🇲🇹 - Set felt in need of refurbishing Not a lot to see and so for the 25 euros entrance fee Happy I went but wouldn't say to others it is worth going Food and drink expensive and toilet facilities dirty and dark

Disappointing - After reading such positive reviews, i thought this was a must attraction. The set is very small. My partner and i walked around it in an hour. There did not seem to be a boat operating. There was also work ongoing in places. The view point was fab. However, as for the sunbeds and access to the sea, it could be a lot more user friendly. The staff were very good performing certain clips from Popeye. Maybe because we are 2 adults.... we were hugely disappointed. It may have been more enjoyable if we would have had children with us, i do believe majority of the stuff is aimed at young children.
