The experience with Uptown Carriages was exceptional from our first contact to schedule until the last moment that our Carriage ride was complete. Mark was very helpful and responsive when We reached out to schedule and provided personal assistance with the Website to help us get the Online reservation completed. Paying the fee was easy with immediate confirmation of receipt and our completed reservation. I can't say enough good about Renada our driver and tour guide. She confirmed our reservation, was attentive to ensuring our pick up / drop off spot and was friendly yet professional. One of the best parts, on top of her personable demeanor was that she gladly & efficiently became our own disc jockey by playing all of our reqested songs on her boom box. The whole experience was fun and an occasion to remember!

The Birthday girl was very satisfied. The drivers were amazing. Next ride I plan to do with my mother.

Renada was an amazing driver and kept great contact with me concerning the ride. We were rained out on our original night but re scheduled the following night with no issues.

Our driver was good, but since it said tour we were under the impression we would be informed about some of the history on the Rock and Soul tour. Otherwise a neat experience.

The carriage was very disappointing pulling up 2 see it looking like something come out the trash still not understanding why would 😕 u charge customer to hurt them 2 see it wreck an wobbling I felt bad for my son trying enjoy his birthday
