An interesting and recommended tour for those visiting Mendoza for the first time. - It is a nice, interesting and recommended experience for those visiting Mendoza for the first time. The tour allows you to know the main tourist and cultural points of the city, with clear and well organized explanations from Caro, our guide of that day. The hill of glory undoubtedly the highlight, both the monument to the Army of the Andes and the panoramic views make the stop worthwhile.

Excellent City Tour experience - On the City Tour we toured different historical / cultural points of the city and they were all very good. The guide Antonela and the driver Mauro were very friendly and pleasant to the deal. It was very mobilizing to watch the video of General San Martin’s story at the Flag Memorial and to see the flag of the Andes army was exciting. Fully recommended for all types of audience!!

Excellent city tour great guide - Our guide Caro was very good and very informative and we saw lots of sights in Mendoza that we wouldn’t have known about. The tour was structured so that we had some free time as well. We had a great few hours learning about the history of Mendoza and that of Argentina, visited some wonderful parks, old buildings and Glorious Hill.

A must do when you arrive to Mendoza - The tour was very well organised, the guide was very knowledgeable. There are many things that you miss when you explore the city by yourself, you should do this tour as soon as you arrive to Mendoza. We did the tour with CEPAS tour, is a great company, good communication, very punctual, knowledgeable guides, comfortable buses.

It would have been nice... - It would have been nice to get out of the bus at the couple monuments that we only drove by. The tour guide was amazing.

Don’t do this tour if you don’t speak Spanish! - Our group consisted of 11 Spanish speakers and 3 English speakers. Our guide catered to the Spanish speakers and when responding to their questions, didn’t translate anything. Her Spanish explanation would be very long and comprehensive, and then about a 1 minute English explanation. Additionally, there were two girls who I don’t think understood either language so they talked loudly throughout the whole time. I told them to be quiet at one point as they were sooo loud when we were at the first church, but they just proceeded to talk anyway. I think the guide could have helped with this. We almost left the tour half way through but then decided to just suck it up. I suggest the guide does 1-3 sentences in Spanish and then English. I would NOT recommend for English speakers. For example, on the way up to the last stop she spoke in Spanish the whole time. I had questions but couldn’t interject even (curious about the university). Once we got there, the Spanish speakers could go and see the monument and take photos. The English group listened to her talk in the hot sun and then it was time to leave with no time to enjoy the views. Sorry but this was a terrible tour. We almost went on a private tour with Juan and I really wished we did this despite the expense. 4 hours I will never get back.
