Book ahead, prices can get crazy on the day you need a ride. - The driver arrived close to on time and got us to our ship ahead of schedule. The driver was talkative and entertaining. I learned more about Italy on an hour ride than from all my paid guides combined. I would book with the same driver. The most important thing I learned was that while any taxi or limo can take you to the port, they don't all have access. You might have to walk the last half mile if you take any ride available in Rome.

A fine welcome to Rome - Our driver was competent and most informative. He made the drive a pleasant and joyful experience. What a nice introduction to Rome.

Great service - Our driver was great. He texted with us and even came early. He got us to our destination quickly and safely. Van was immaculate.

Friendly excellent driver - Our driver communicated well. He gave the option of an earlier pick up since he was in the area early. He pointed out some of the significant sights along our route. He was pleasant & his driving was excellent.

Driver arrived 15 minutes... - Driver arrived 15 minutes early and changed the pick up spot to our front door. We made it to the port in great time.

First trip to Roma - We disembarked from a transatlantic cruise ready to explore Rome for a few days. The driver notified me the day before of a pickup time and indeed he was right on time. We had two large suitcases and a small one that fit snugly in the Mercedes sedan (we had ordered a van thinking that we would need the space but happily the sedan worked well. The drive in to Rome was comfortable and safe. The driver provided bottled water and mints and also wet wipes which were really handy. Enjoyed the experience and would use this company again.

Driver was very "annoyed... - Driver was very "annoyed " we had booked thru Viator.. complained repeatedly that we should have booked direct. Was equally upset we had 2 wheelchairs, even though we had clearly indicated this in our booking..Made the ship but mostly an average experience

Beware! - The van didn’t come at all! I called TripAdvisor and was told to call the operator. Per the operator, he was notified last minute and there’s no availability. He said TripAdvisor booked the transfer without confirmation from the them, so I really don’t know whose fault it is. We ended up getting another ride after waiting for an hour and spent more. This would happen a lot of times when it’s confirmed with Viator or TripAdvisor but the service provider/operator would cancel at the time of service. Viator/TripAdvisor should look into this issue. Travellers book the tour through them because we trust and rely on them. Yes they are just coordinators but they should make sure that their customers/travellers are in good hands and get their money’s worth.

Not good! - Do not use this company. Easier to just get a taxi outside. Had the transfer booked and they charged me as they said two days before departure. When I get to the port, I finally see that there is a message on TripAdvisor. They tried to text me while I was on a boat and I could not get their text. Their excuse for not showing up was that I couldn’t text them back. I don’t get the Wi-Fi package. So they left us hanging at the port. They did refund me, but they called me to try to help and then argued with me that I didn’t send a message back. As I told them I don’t have Wi-Fi. If they would’ve sent me a message earlier in the day, I could have responded. Bottom line. Why would I let him charge me for something if I wasn’t on the boat and wasn’t going to use it. Very dirty.
