Tour to Isla Columpios and Progresso - This trip was wonderful for a couple reasons. First, the pacing, experiences, and environment were perfect. We kayaked on Isla Columpios, relaxed with Micheladas and swam into the waters of Progresso. We were able to return to our shaded area on the beach for restaurant service. It was a wonderful time. Secondly, Cesar, our guide, was kind, funny, and informative. When we left our pesos in the bus, he covered us until we returned. We would 100% recommend this tour to anyone.

Excellent - Excellent service and price is worth Caesar super attentive food and drink super and wonderful place. The super recommended kayaking experience. Caesar's very clever guide spends the quick time why he has a lot of knowledge and is very prepared

A trip to Progress unforgettable; a guided trip to Progress with guide, is priceless! - The guide Cesar and the driver and guardian angel José, made this trip a pleasant experience, a great explanation in addition to an excellent sense of humor leave us wanting to come back and continue knowing this already beautiful state. Thank you!

Wrong times given - The ticket said picket was 7am but nobody came until 8:30 they did come pick me up because obviously I left. I was told pick up was 8:30 by the guide but on my ticket it clearly stated 7am. It was super frustrating. The guides were very nice we had bad weather but that’s nobody’s fault. On a nice day with no time issues I think it would be great.

Overpriced tour, with incorrect description - Unfortunately, the tour did not match the description in many ways. Already the pick-up time was contradictory: Initially it was stated 07:00, later came an email with a pick-up time of 08:40. In addition, the announced pick-up point at the Ibis hotel was missing. Only after contacting the agency were we finally picked up there.
The actual boat tour costs only about 250 pesos on site – so the majority of the price paid here apparently goes to transport. Our guide unfortunately spoke only very broken English, so much information was not understandable to us.
Instead of the announced one-hour boat trip, it only took about 10 minutes. There were no pristine beaches, as advertised. Instead, we stayed on a sandbank in the lagoon. The subsequent stay in Progreso consisted only of time on the beach.
Overall, the tour did not meet our expectations. For us: once and never again.
