Fascinating insights into Liverpool's social history - This is usually a 2 person minimum tour and I was in the city solo but Luke at LiverpoolGo worked something out for me which I was grateful for. The tour guide Edward, Liverpool born and bred, was an absolute goldmine of information and was responsive to my comments and questions throughout. The tour took in the architecturally significant and historically important buildings of Rodney Street and Hope Street and Edward had illustrated material to embellish the tour further. If you are interested in how Liverpool developed in the 18th and 19th centuries and some of the built legacies of this period, I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour. Thanks Edward and LiverpoolGo !
