Not to be missed. You will have a fabulous time. - This was a fantastic experience. It was fun, informative and with the right amount of humorous ‘scare’. We highly recommend it. If we had the time we would have gone on another tour. It was well timed and everyone was involved and appreciative of the talent on display. Not to be missed on a trip to Liverpool.

Best ghost tour we’ve ever been on!! See for yourself!! - Well this was just fantastic, we’ve been to York, Edinburgh, Lincoln and other spooky places for ghost tours but this was like no other! Chilla black & brother (forgive me!) were so entertaining throughout the whole tour and were both fantastic story tellers. From the moment we arrived, both made us feel welcome and they were hilarious!! They were very knowledgeable about the area and obviously ghostly history of Liverpool and myself and my husband LOVED IT! As I said to our tour guides, the ending made me cr*p my pants but in a good way! 10/10 would recommend!! Thanks guys!!

A must! 👻🧟‍♀️ - Fantastic evening and big thanks to Chilla Black and her colleagues 🧟‍♀️ done the other tours and first time with this one - NOT disappointed at all. Entertaining from start to finish! Lots of interesting facts and spooky tales. The dead head was a fantastic finish to the tour (won’t spoil it for others!!). Shiverpool tour is a must for any scouser and for anyone visiting the city. A bit of fun with some facts thrown in - not to be missed 👻🧟‍♀️

Three fantastic tours - we wish there were more! - My 10 year old and I have just completed the last of the three Shiverpool tours, and have loved them all! Absolutely brilliant in every way! They're fun, engaging, informative, led by brilliant guides that really embody their characters, and we didn't want the tours to end. We wish there were more than three, but since that's not the case we'll just have to repeat some! Something we really appreciate is that the tours are great for every age - they don't ever feel toned down for the children that are present so they remain genuinely entertaining for the adults as well. It can be a worry taking a child to a tour, that the guides will assume you've not done your due diligence and will feel awkward saying or doing certain things around younger audience members. With Shiverpool it felt like we got the full experience each time, which is exactly what we wanted! My 10 year old has been so inspired and tonight even told me she wanted to ask what age she had to be to apply for a job - she's now counting down the years. In the meantime, we'll keep recommending these brilliant experiences to everyone we can!

You would be a fool to miss these brilliant tours! - Shiverpool organised a tailored version of their City of the Dead/Dead House tour for our group, making it a bit more architectural. They did the same for us 2 years ago. In both cases the tour was absolutely brilliant, and there was enough variety between both to make both experiences a pure joy, even if some of the group did nearly soil themselves with fright. Wonderful, informative and actually an even better experience just as the sun was setting than it was 2 years ago in the dark. Not to be missed! Colin and the CIAT NW crew

Super Spooky Evening! Can't recommend enough! - Just survived the Auld City & The Dead House Tour after surviving the Hope Street Shivers Tour back in October - we love a dance (or walking tour) with death! Definitely one of the best things to do in Liverpool & as locals we can't recommend it more! Love learning more about the city in this extremely entertaining format & we can't wait for the St James Cemetery Tour to start up again. Recommend Shiverpool for lovers of Horrible Histories, ghostly tales, the macabre & a good laugh! We bought an Ultimate Shiverpool Tour Ticket this time around & the map & goodies are fantastically well made - definitely well worth the extra pennies! Thank you all so much, looking forward to the next one!

Great Fun! - Fantastic 90 minutes of storytelling. We have taken part in many ghost walks in York, Edinburgh and Prague and this one is up there with the best! The two gentlemen hosting were entertaining and theatrical throughout which helped set the scene for each of tale. They also did well to deal with some disruptive locals without breaking character! Highlight was the dead house which really set this tour apart from the others. Great way to spend an evening with a teen. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone considering it.
