Liverpool - Led by Brian Nash, guitarist from iconic 80s band ‘Frankie Goes to Hollywood’ will lead you on a personally curated tour of sites in Central Liverpool. The tour will visit sites, not on the usual tourist trail and showcase Brian’s story of being part of a global music phenomenon in the 1980s. Discover little known places not normally visited on the tourist trail and hear stories not available anywhere else.You will see gig venues, recording studios, pubs, hangouts, and more on this easy slow-paced walk.
See the biggest studio complex outside London and the first UK Super club that changed the face of dance music in the UK. You’ll also see the location of Probe Records home of the second wave of Liverpool groups in the 1970s/1980s/1990s. Visit to the Ministry Rehearsal Rooms and Crash rehearsal rooms where many bands including Frankie Goes To Hollywood, The Farm, The La’s, Space, Cast, Flock of Seagulls, China Crisis, The Zutons, The Lightning Seeds, The Wombats and Shack all rehearsed. - Mathew Street - The tour will conclude with a personal chat with your musical icons over a complimentary drink at an iconic pub in central Liverpool. Here you will have a chance to relax, ask questions, get pictures or memorabilia signed and take selfies. You will also receive a free item of memorabilia.

This exciting new experience provides an exclusive insider’s perspective of Liverpool through the eyes of a music icon who leads the tour. Guided by Brian ‘Nasher’ Nash, the guitarist from ‘Frankie Goes to Hollywood,’ participants will uncover little-known secrets of the city and learn about his personal journey to musical stardom.
Brian will lead a guided tour of locations significant to his personal and musical history in central Liverpool. Participants will gain exclusive insights not available elsewhere. The small group walking tour, limited to 12 guests, is a leisurely and gently paced experience.

Meet 10 minutes prior to the tour outside the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Mount St L1 9HF (approx 15-min walk from Lime Street Station). Meet by the suitcases on Hope St. If it rains you can shelter in the entrance area of LIPA 30 seconds walk from the suitcases.

I can't recommend this... - I can't recommend this experience enough. This experience was not only a musical tour but also a tour of local history through Nasher's knowledge. Nasher makes you feel like you've known him for years, it's a fabulous way of spending the afternoon. I was a huge FGTH fan in the 80's, you're told not to meet your heroes but this doesn't apply to Nasher. With a group of the nicest people you could wish to meet we spent the afternoon talking, reminiscing and sharing stories along with Nasher. This experience is a must for FGTH fans and anyone who wants to see the sights of Liverpool with an informative guide!

Great experience! - Fantastic! Nasher was an amazing guide who really brought the tour to life. I learnt so much about the city and its music and what a refreshing change not to be all about the Beatles. Nasher’s enthusiasm and obvious love for his city made the tour so memorable. Can’t recommend this enough.

Love Liverpool, love music, love Nasher! The perfect tour! - This really was the prefect tour so major kudos to my wife who bought me this as a Christmas present! The tour is a great walk around Liverpool which takes you to a city beyond the Beatles and into the 80's, 90's scene of Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Echo and The Bunnymen, the La's, The Farm and many more. Our perfect host Nasher wasn't just there, he remembers it all, and communicates it in the most accessible way. I learnt so much and Nasher made all of us feel so comfortable. Sitting down for a Guinness with a member of Frankie Goes To Hollywood in the pub where the group was formed will be a special memory. Highly recommend.

Walking tour with Nasher's glasses on. Superb. - Simply brilliant. Nasher gave us his knowledge and wit throughout the day. It is Liverpool through the eyes of a musican who lived it and loves his city. I am so glad we took the tour. It was the highlight of the trip. Don't hesitate to take this tour.

Absolutely brilliant..top tour by a top man! - What a brilliant tour, Nasher is a natural raconteur who takes you on a fascinating tour around the musical history of Liverpool that’s not necessarily on the map.
Nasher is a fantastic guide, knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly and always up for a chat. As others have said our drink in the pub after the tour extended to several drinks and several hours in the pub!
If you have a particular interest in the late 70’s/early 80’s music coming out of Liverpool, this tour is definitely for you but those 4 lads from the 60’s don’t get ignored either!
Brilliant day, cannot recommend this tour highly enough.

An afternoon to treasure - The passion that Nasher has for his home city is evident, and it comes across in his tour of iconic music venues. The tour was very informative and relaxed, and offered me the chance to chat and get pictures with one of my teenage music idols. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this tour. Superb value for money.

A top tour with a top guy - This tour is something a little different to the usual. Where in the world can you walk around a city with a member of an iconic band and learn not only about Frankie but much more about the musical history of the City?
Nasher is so accessible and has plenty of time to chat to everyone on the tour. He has a little story to tell on every corner of the city, and you will learn loads about Frankie, The Beatles and much more, all told in a natural, humorous way.
We had such a great laugh with him and all the great people on the tour. He buys you a pint in The Bridewell pub where Frankie was formed, happily signs whatever memorabilia you may have brought, and continues the stories prompted by whatever question you may have.
I took my 12-year-old, who knows a bit about Frankie and The Beatles, but he was fascinated by Nasher and his tales.
We genuinely would recommend this tour to anyone who loves their music and the city of Liverpool. Even the slightest Frankie, Beatles or music fan will love this.

Walk, talk & a pint with Nasher - What an amazing experience!
Brian was knowledgeable, funny & engaging.
Basically it was like going out for a good walk with an old mate, lots of great stories.. relaxed pint in his local.
Thoroughly recommended.
