Liverpool - Led by Brian Nash, guitarist from iconic 80s band ‘Frankie Goes to Hollywood’ will lead you on a personally curated tour of sites in Central Liverpool. The tour will visit sites, not on the usual tourist trail and showcase Brian’s story of being part of a global music phenomenon in the 1980s. Discover little known places not normally visited on the tourist trail and hear stories not available anywhere else.You will see gig venues, recording studios, pubs, hangouts, and more on this easy slow-paced walk.
See the biggest studio complex outside London and the first UK Super club that changed the face of dance music in the UK. You’ll also see the location of Probe Records home of the second wave of Liverpool groups in the 1970s/1980s/1990s. Visit to the Ministry Rehearsal Rooms and Crash rehearsal rooms where many bands including Frankie Goes To Hollywood, The Farm, The La’s, Space, Cast, Flock of Seagulls, China Crisis, The Zutons, The Lightning Seeds, The Wombats and Shack all rehearsed. - Mathew Street - The tour will conclude with a personal chat with your musical icons over a complimentary drink at an iconic pub in central Liverpool. Here you will have a chance to relax, ask questions, get pictures or memorabilia signed and take selfies. You will also receive a free item of memorabilia.

This exciting new experience provides an exclusive insider’s perspective of Liverpool through the eyes of a music legend guiding the tour. Led by Brian ‘Nasher’ Nash, the guitarist from ‘Frankie Goes to Hollywood,’ participants will uncover little-known secrets of the city and delve into his personal journey to musical stardom.
Brian will lead a guided tour of locations significant to his personal and musical history in central Liverpool. Participants will gain exclusive insights not found elsewhere. The small group walking tour, accommodating no more than 12 guests, is a leisurely and gently paced experience.

Meet 10 minutes prior to the tour outside the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, Mount St L1 9HF (approx 15-min walk from Lime Street Station). Meet by the suitcases on Hope St. If it rains you can shelter in the entrance area of LIPA 30 seconds walk from the suitcases.

Mikey goes to Liverpool - Apologies for late review.
A thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable day out and Nash is a great guide.
I am a 62 year old Liverpool lad who spent many a happy year immersed in the Liverpool music and club scene in the early 80's before moving to Leeds so this was a wonderful walk down memory lane with like-minded folk.
Covering the scene from the Beatles and thereafter Nasher knew his onions. Moreover, it felt less like a mobile history lesson and more of a stroll and a few pints with a very knowledgeable mate. Hearing tales from someone who was on the front line of the scene made it even more real.
I had met Nasher before when he was the celebrant at my Dad's funeral and again he showed himself to be a true gent and a credit to himself and the city.
We all ended up in the pub; telling tales and swapping stories - a great way to end a great day. And I had the back of my bald head signed!
For anyone with an interest in Liverpool music, this is a must.

A wonderful and memorable experience - An absolute must for any fan of Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Brian loves his city and it was a privilege to share time in his company, hear his recollections and learn about the rich musical heritage of the great city that is Liverpool. Brian is Friendly,Inclusive, knowledgeable and respectful, an absolute legend enjoyed in great company. Thank you Nasher and all those on our tour for a wonderful and memorable experience.

Best day out in Liverpool ever - Absolutely one of the best trips ever, I’m a huge Frankie Goes to Hollywood fan and Nasher is the best guide ever, funny, great sense of humour and the 3 hours turned to 7 hours with lots of drinks and laughter.
I recommend this 1000%

November 2025. It made my day - Absolutely amazing tour. Im a young frankie/ 80s fan, Nasher made me feel welcome and is a lovely guy and was willing to sign as much memorabilia as you wanted and answer questions. He took us to a couple of pubs and bought us all a free drink each.
The tour was very informative and very interesting to hear about both frankie goes to hollywood/history of Liverpool and the beatles.
One thing I will add to prepare for the tour is to make sure that you eat well before you go onthe tour as there are no food stops onthe tour. This is the mistake me and my family made, we didn't eat much before the tour and had a big journey to Liverpool aswell.
Overall absolutely amazing. Highly recommend for any frankie fan.

I absolutely loved the... - I absolutely loved the Nasher walking tour of Liverpool. From start to finish it was engaging and genuinely fascinating, with Nasher himself sharing stories and insights that brought the city’s musical history to life. I couldn’t quite believe I was walking around Liverpool hearing about Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s history first hand from someone who had lived it.
The tour was brilliantly paced, with two well-timed drink stops that gave us chance to ask questions and chat as a group. What stood out most was how friendly and down-to-earth Nasher was — he made everyone feel welcome and valued throughout.
It was a fantastic experience that I’ll never forget, and I can’t recommend the tour highly enough.

Fab trip for music lovers - Great afternoon with someone who clearly loves Liverpool and its history not just music - was a great trip down memory lane for us and a reminder that the music scene here is more than just the Beatles. Brian was so interesting and generous with his time we were still with him at 4pm

- Really enjoyed the tour. Brian loves Liverpool. His passion for the city is clear. The stories were all interesting. Highlight for me was the visit to the Bridewell bar, which is a part of FGTH’s early history, for a drink and chat. Brian was very open to questions and he made sure everyone was involved. Loved it. Thanks Brian. You’re a top fella.

An excellent tour - A great tour of our own city with Nasher from Frankie! Great tales along the way and also great insight into how the music business used to operate (recording process, etc). All topped off with a few pints with Brian! Best tour guide!

Hanging out with a member of FGTH. Awesome! - Brilliant. Nasher is such a nice bloke. Friendly, accomodating (I alas arrived late). Makes you feel like you belong. A people person who's a good conversationalist, I spent 5 hours with him and wished I had more time! How often do you get the chance to hang with a bonafide pop/rock star? The tour is well worth it. As an example of character it started raining and he offered an umbrella to a lady in the group who had no protection
