Excellent - Phil was a great guide and knew everything about the city. He was very considerate by changing the route to fit in with the weather and what we had already seen.

Such a good tour - We had a lovely guide called Elizabeth. She is so knowledgeable about Liverpool. We had a really good tour. There was a film production company in the centre of Liverpool, they were filming the new Batman movie and Elizabeth was even able to give us information about a previous Batman movie that had been filmed in Liverpool. The 2 hours past quickly has she had so much to tell us about the Beatles, the waterfront and the architecture of that part of the city. She made us feel very welcome to Liverpool. She's a credit to your company. Would so recommend this tour. Thank you Elizabeth.

Carl is a fantastic tour! He is local to the area and will give you an insider's view into Liverpool's history! - Carl was absolutely outstanding! He took me around and showed me the various sites related to Liverpool and Beatles history. I loved visiting The Beatles statues, walking by the port area, visiting Matthew Street, admiring the beautiful historic and modern buildings, and more! I made sure to tip Carl, accordingly, especially since I ended up being the only one who showed up for the group tour. He gave a very personalized tour and utilized photos to show me where historical events took place and more! He even took photos near iconic sites, landmarks, and statues. He was exceptional at that! You must go on a tour with Carl! I hope you enjoy the photos! Inside The Cavern Club, there were various other individuals who took photos of me. I hope you enjoy the photos, feel inspired to feel creative, to take photos of your own, to ask questions of Carl, and to enjoy this lovely city!

Amazing tour. We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks - Amazing tour. We enjoyed it a lot. Karl was a wonderful tour guide from Liverpool. He presented to us well-prepared old black and white photos to show us what the places on the tour looked like in the past. He also answered all of our questions in a polited and responsive manner. Thanks. This deepened our understanding of the places on the tour. Impressive and fantastic.

Don't book this tour. Waste of time and money. - No one turned up to take the tour. Vox City hasn't even had the courtesy to explain why and simply told us to request a refund through Viator. As this was scheduled for 2pm we wasted half a day which could have been spent doing another activity. Vox City customer service has been terrible..
