Amazing guide, incredible adventure! - The sunrise walking trek, booked at the very last minute, turned out to be the absolute highlight of our Morocco trip. Ahmed was an incredible guide - enormously knowledgeable and endlessly fascinating. We were there with our 13 year old and I would recommend this trip wholeheartedly. In fact, I would urge you to do it. We will never forget watching the sun rise over the Sahara and are so grateful to Ahmed for the amazing gift he gave us in making it possible. We will be back!

Great quiet trip to the top of the sand dunes with Ahmed. - Ahmed is a really kind and genuine person. We had great conversations about life in general and he shared with us a lot about his culture and told us about what it is like to live in Merzouga. If you like walking and want to see the desert in a way you are supposed to do it (most of the tourist will go by quad which disturbs the locals and nature this early in the morning) I recommend you to book with Ahmed.
