Very good - During our stop in Messina with the MSC World Europa ship, there were seven of us (a family consisting of three teenagers and four adults) and we relied on Pellegrino Services for a tour between Messina and Taormina. Accompanying us was Francesco, known as “Ciccio”, and we could not have asked for better. The van was in excellent condition, impeccably clean and fragrant: already on board you could feel the care and attention to detail. Francesco was very quick and safe in transport, always attentive to our comfort and our pace. He took us to suggestive places, showing us spectacular corners of Messina and Taormina, enriching the experience with stories and explanations that made the day even more special. His availability, professionalism and passion in making discover his land have transformed a simple move into an unforgettable memory. Excellent experience!!! - Santino our cab driver is AMAZING!!! He is very educated, speaks very clearly which you can understand very clearly. He took us from Mesina to Taormina and was very nice! Definitely recommend giving him a call!!!!

Excellent, the best tour with Santino - Excellent Service, Santino picked us up in Messina and took us to Taormina. He played us Italian music. We waited three hours in Taormina while we met. He took us to various places and returned us to the cruise ship.

Messina and Taormina - Very nice driver, he took us everywhere ! And he loves to sing in the car with us. We went to Taormina and it was great. We came with cruise and others wanted is to pay more, he was great!

Taormina Viator guide: Gianfranco - We had tour guide named Gianfranco and he was amazing! Perfect tour, we had a large family and he was so kind and patient. Even went longer than the arranged time and was very knowledgeable. Best tour guide, couldn’t recommend more.

Great trip - This was an awesome way of seeing Sicily highly recommend if you on a cruise driver will make sure you see everything and back on time

Vehicle - Vehicle was changed when only half our group was able to go, although we paid for a Mercedes van. It was an old beatup Dacia vehicle with over 300,000 kilometers. Driver was very good and personable. If I could just rate driver it would be a five star. They should have kept us in the vehicle we paid for.
