- Messina - Once you disembark from the ship, I will wait for you at the cruise terminal, at the gate 5 exit of the port of Messina where I will be there waiting for you with a sign with your name and surname. From here we will begin our journey to Savoca, which will last approximately 1 hour by car.

From here we will begin our journey to Savoca, which will last approximately 1 hour by car.
- Bar Vitelli - We will stop in the art city of Savoca where we can visit the Vitelli bar, where it will be possible to taste a typical Sicilian granita. Another stop on our tour will be the church of “Santa Maria in cielo Assunta” which we also find in some excerpts of the film such as that of the wedding between Michael Corleone and Apollonia.
- Castelmola - Once you arrive in Castelmola you can admire one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and taste the almond wine in the very famous Bar Turrisi known for the presence of phallic shapes used as decorations. These symbols are not to be designated as vulgar, but as a symbol of fertility, prosperity and freedom according to the ideas of Greek culture. Alex will also take you to taste some delicious Sicilian cannoli, included in the price of this tour, from our friend Stefania Pitittitti.
- Taormina - The last stop of our tour will be Taormina. We will arrive at Piazza San Pancrazio, where travelers will make their tour and will be able to visit the characteristic streets of Corso Umberto, admire the beautiful landscapes and go to the Greek-Roman theater of Taormina (the cost of the entrance ticket is excluded from the price of the tour) .
- Messina - Once our tour is finished we will return to the starting point of the cruise ship terminal

The most wonderful day in Sicily - We had the most wonderful day spent with Allesandro and Marisa! They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and clearly experienced guides! They were patient with my 80 year old parents and were so sweet to help them walk up and down stairs. They were prompt and had an immaculately clean van which sat 6 of us comfortably. Marisa was thoughtful in her presentation of information and stayed with us all day. I would highly recommend using Booking Sicily Tours with Allesandro and Marisa and can’t wait to come back again and use them in the future!!

Magic day - We spent an exceptional day with Alessandro and Marisa. We discovered wonderful landscapes, visited places full of history with Marisa's explanations in French. The van is very comfortable. And what about their kindness, their smiles and all their little attentions and surprises in short I would say no more I let you discover. One regret forgot to ask Alessandro to sing us a song.

Absolutely 6 stars!! - OUTSTANDING tour with Alessandro and Marisa. Gorgeous day in Messina, Savoca, and Taormina. We were able to see all the highlights, eat local treats, and spend some time exploring. We learned so much and were made to feel so comfortable and welcome!

The best tour company experience ever - Highly recommend this tour company,from start to finish they took time to explain all the sites Marissa stayed with us even while we shopped helping with translation. It was a comfortable relaxing day no time restraints and the treat they gave us was a sweet touch.

Our favourite stop - Stop four was Sicily Italy, 🇮🇹 I booked a private tour with a local company with Alessandro and was guided by the fantastic Marisa. Our adventure began with a drive to Savoca, the village made famous by The Godfather. Walking through Bar Vitelli and the cathedral where Michael Corleone’s wedding was filmed felt like stepping onto a movie set.
From there, we went higher to Castelmola, a little hilltop village offering sweeping views of Mount Etna. Then onto Taormina, one of Italy’s most beautiful towns completely walkable, full of charm.
To top it all off, we sampled fresh Sicilian cannoli at a rooftop bar and spritz. This my favourite place lovely memories made😊🎶💕🙏

Highly recommended!! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an incredible day exploring Sicily thanks to our amazing guide and driver! From the moment we were picked up, everything was seamless and comfortable. Our guide was not only knowledgeable about the history, culture, and hidden gems of the island, but also so warm and engaging that it felt like we were exploring with a friend. The driver navigated the winding roads with ease, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. We saw breathtaking views, enjoyed authentic local food, and learned so much more than we ever could on our own. This experience truly made our stop in Sicily unforgettable—we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Perfect day in Sicily - We had an amazing day in Savoca, Castelmola, and Taormina with our guide Marisa. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped us pick a great spot for lunch. She surprised us with a little treat and some thoughtful gifts, which made the trip extra special. Highly recommend!

Fabulous day - A fantastic day with lovely Alessandrio and Aurora. We did the Savoca, Castelmola and Taormina tour which we all loved and were taken to two wonderful restaurants.
Alessandro and Aurora must have done this tour many times but it didn’t feel like that, they were both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and it was clear that their goal was for us just to have a great time.
My husband is a paraplegic (wheelchair user) so some of the terrain was tricky but they went out of their way to make it all work, above and beyond! I would thoroughly recommend Sicily tours.

Perfect visit to Messina!! - If you come from cruising it is the perfect excursion to visit Medina, Savoca, Castelmola and Taormina. They have everything organized and with very controlled times to be able to make the visits and not lose your cruise. Timely, responsible, organized and very involved with customers.
I'd do it all over again.
