- Castelmola - Upon arriving in Castelmola, you’ll have the chance to admire one of Italy’s most beautiful villages and taste the almond wine at the renowned Bar Turrisi. The bar is uniquely decorated with phallic shapes, which symbolize fertility, prosperity, and freedom in Greek culture, rather than vulgarity. Additionally, Alex will guide you to try some delicious Sicilian cannoli from the legendary Stefania Pittitti.
- Taormina - Our final stop will be Taormina, where we’ll spend around 3 hours. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy stunning views and visit the iconic Greek-Roman Amphitheater (entry fee not included). We’ll also explore the historic center and the charming Corso Umberto. I’ll take you to the famous balcony in Taormina to admire the beautiful island and capture unforgettable photos. After this, we’ll head back to Messina via the motorway, which will take approximately 45 minutes by car.
- Messina - After our stop in Taormina, we’ll return to the ship at our original meeting point.

Girls day out! - We went as a group of six on this tour and really enjoyed ourselves. The driver and Marisa we’re both very friendly and accommodating. They will adjust the day according to what you would like to see. Highly recommend using them.

Best day ever! - We had the best day with Marisa and Alessandro. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and personalized our experience so we could see and do the things that were most important to us. For example they made a stop at a bakery that our distant relatives own. They also helped us get in touch and meet up with a cousin. They were great with our children and made every stop on our journey special.
In Messina, Taormina, and Castelmola they had great recommendations for food and shops. Marisa walked along with us and did a great job guiding our journey while Alessandro made sure we had amazing photos.
We are on a 9 stop journey through Europe and this was everyone’s favorite place to visit. We highly recommend!

Amazing trip to Castelmoro and Taormina! - Alessandro was a pleasure and hosted my girlfriend to a wonderful day. He knew so many people on our journey that every where we went we were greeted like family. From the incredibly beautiful and hilarious Bar Turissi in Castelmoro and the delicious restaurant Mama Rosa in Taormina. We had a wonderful day and he was so insightful and fun to be around, we will definitely be recommending. Thank you Alessandro!

Highly recommended - We are very happy with Booking Sicily Tours. DE Alessandro's attention to reserve and answer all our doubts was very quick and clear. He communicated with Marisa who speaks Spanish and we were able to ask all the necessary questions. The day DE the tour was very easy to find, the transport very spacious and clean, and Marisa's attention and explanation was perfect. We were very happy! We highly recommend it

Best day ever ! Don’t miss out book with them for sure ! - We had the most amazing day thanks to our guide Fulvio! I was with my daughter and it was our favorite day out of a 10 day trip . You are well taken care of and asked what you want to do !

Spacious van, excellent driver, attentive guide - We did the “Messina private excursions of Taormina and Castelmola tour” about 1.5 weeks ago. One thing we appreciate (unlike some other private tours) is our tour guide (Marisa) accompanied us during the walking tour of the town, pointing out interesting sites along the way. They didn’t just drop you off at the entrance and leave you to explore on your own, which some other private tours would do. This is because they have a driver ( thank you Giovanni, hope I spelled your name correctly) and a guide, a good arrangement. We had a wonderful lunch at Mama Rosa, recommended by our guide.

It was awesome!! - I was so happy with Marisa she was so professional I loved the way prior to the tour she reached out through what’s app. She was the only tour guide that did that, took so much stress off making sure everything went off with out a problem. She was so knowledgeable and she knew her subjects. She made us all feel so special and put of a family. Marisa put so much personalized touches into the tour. I hope to use her next May when I return to Italy. ❤️❤️❤️

Sicily Day Trip - We had a FANTASTIC tour with Pary today! She was a total pleasure leading the 4 of us throughout scenic Sicily! Unbelievable sights, views, lunch and the BEST cannoli I ever had! Highly recommend.
