Wonderful Alberollo and Trulli houses! - This tour was excellent and our guide, Kerri, (not sure of her name, but it was an English tour at 5pm, with 4 people and she was originally from Ukraine) was outstanding! She knew the history of Alberollo and the Trulli houses thoroughly. She was able to answer all questions and explain things in detail. She was very kind and friendly, especially as we could not find the meeting point. She rang us and was able to help and guide us there. So, our only complaint is that we were given 2 meeting point options, but no one called or sent a message to say which one we were to go to. Our information was that this would be done. This a really important point. People need to know where to meet, especially when you are in another country. Thank you. I would recommend this to to everyone. It was fascinating.

Rely on Lorenzo for a pleasant tour - It’s the first time I rely on the site to organize a tour, I was a bit hesitant in fact I tried to speak directly with them on the phone and through the platform I got their number, I booked directly with them and paid the guide on the spot. Lorenzo was very punctual, we even waited a few minutes for other tourists who had a wrong address and then we started our walk. It was very interesting and engaging, it answered all our questions, we also had the opportunity to enter a trullo and see with our own eyes what he was telling us. Experience that I recommend to everyone, alberobello is small but beautiful and very welcoming. We went into several shops and I found so much kindness.

Great walking tour of Alberobella. - Guido was an excellent guide he is very informative about all of the Trulli and the history of Alberobella, I would recommend his tour to anyone who's English speaking, wants to understand the history of Alberobella rather than understanding about the shopping area which most people go to.

Great tour in a magical town!!! - Delightful visit in a magical town! Our guide Danielle went out of her way during the walk to explain us everything about the Trullo and the rich history and culture of Alberobello She also switched to Spanish as soon as she noticed that we preferred that language even though it was not in the tour. Definitely we will back and hopefully will meet Danielle again.

Learning about trulli history and construction - Excellent introduction to the foundation of Alberobello and the history of the trulli houses. Very friendly guide. Guido answered our questions and gave us so much information, plus stories. Good to hear from a guide from Alberobello .

- Milena, our tour guide, was fantastic - 5 stars to her. Martulli Viaggi agency as tour operator was appalling, hence the one star review. I contacted them a day and a half prior to our tour and was given the wrong guide and contact number via WhatsApp. The 'wrong' guide contacted Martulli Viaggi agency and was able to tell us the name of the correct tour guide but we still had to obtain the starting point for our tour. I phoned the office 7 times on the day of our tour - no answer to any of my calls at 09:04, 09:06, 09:08, 09:21, 09:51, 10:47 and 11:37. At 13:38 I received a message simply saying "hi". Infuriating. I also had an email saying they were out of the office for a week and would be returning days after our planned tour. I contacted Viator in England via who were able to get straight through to the agency - funny that. At 15:40 [20 minutes before our tour was due to start] I received a WhatsApp confirming the meeting point, correct guide and her phone number. Just as well we'd made the journey to Alberobello and the tour was actually scheduled to go ahead! Utter incompetence on the part of Martulli Viaggi Agency - we will never use them again.

Pitiful organization. - Moved by the many positive reviews I choose to buy, through Get your guide, a tour to Alberobello and opt for the 10.30. Around 10.25am I call the supplier, in this case Martulli Viaggi, to warn them that I would be late about 10 minutes and I am told that the tour would not be held due to a problem with the guide. I understand that there may be some mishaps but it would have been desirable to notify me a little in advance and not let me know at the last minute (and only because I called). I wonder, "What if I hadn't done it to warn them of my slight delay?" Conclusions, tour reimbursed but I was left dry-mouthed. I visited the country anyway but would have liked to do it with a guide and above all I would have liked more professionalism from the supplier.
