Absolutely best car service in Florence - This was my first trip to Italy . Trying to coordinate this entire trip from New York was not easy . Rodolfo from this company was unbelievably helpful and patient . We spoke on the phone and texted between NY and Italy numerous times .We used him for multiple excisions while in Florence . Best car service in Tuscany/Florence - We did not really do a tour as such. I have used Rodolfo’s service for many years. We had a transfer from the railway station. Then a journey to a hotel in Tuscany. Then a transfer to Florence. Then a transfer to the airport. We have done many tours and transfers with Rodolfo over a long time. It is always reliable, interesting, pleasurable and good value. Best car service you could have.

Driver forgot to pick up my clients - I wish I did not have to leave this review but it would be irresponsible of me as a travel agent not to share my client's experience. I hired this driver for my client's. He totally forgot about their booking despite back and forth emails over several days and a reminder a few days prior with the client's phone number. The client called me after 45 minutes had passed to say the driver was a "no show." They missed their noon winery tour. I was mortified. When I called to ask why he was not there, he did not have a good excuse except to say that he confused the booking. He finally picked them up over an hour late and delivered them to their destination. I wish I could say he offered a partial refund but when I asked for one, he said they had a good time. They are just polite people. That is not a good business model. If you make a mistake and cause your client to wait for over an hour for a transfer and miss a booked tour, some compensation should be offered without even asking. If they had a flight to catch, they would have missed it.
