Capri is a must !!! - Wonderful experience in Capri ! The tour is more of an organization tour and the guide doesn’t give much information . However our guide was wonderful to arrange the buses , chairlift , and ride around the island including boat ride around island which is a must . I would highly recommend doing this tour as public transportation is extremely hard to get on the buses since they are small and always full . We are very experienced independent travelers and found this tour sooo helpful without it we would not be able to see as much around the island. .

Chairlift experience - The Chairlift experience is amazing. We didn’t have to wait long in line for our tickets for the chairlift. The view that this way of transportation offers is amazing you can see Capri from above.

Best way to see Capri for the day. - Nice to have all the transportation figured out for us. Crazy busy with tourists competing for buses etc. Organized but with plenty of free time to explore. Guides were both cheerful and efficient.

Wonderful overview of Capri island - This was a fun and excellent day out on Capri. Fabrizio met us at the port in Naples and guided us onto the ferry. When we landed in Capri we had a lovely boat trip around the entire island. Afterwards we were taken to AnaCapri where we were given the flexibility in what we wanted to do. We explained we wanted to go up monte Solarno and Fabrizio got us the tickets and helped us get to the chairlift. The chairlift ride is wonderful and views from the top are amazing. We were then taken to Capri where we visited a wonderful garden. All in all it was a wonderful trip which we really enjoyed. I highly recommend this trip.

One of a kind view - What a beautiful & clever way to reach the top of Monte Solaro. We took the chairlift & the views & peacefulness was worth it. The ride both ways was so quiet & serene, you could hear a pin drop. Along the way up/down you are exposed to one-of-a-kind water, mountain, & city views. You are not far from the ground below, so if you are afraid of heights (I am extremely afraid of heights) don't be, you can easily do this. Nothing frightening at all. Very relaxing & a really cool experience. Once to the top, you get more views from the viewpoint of the entire island. Don't miss out, take the chairlift!

Capri / Anacapri with Chairlift Thoughts - The tour was very good. Our guide was organized and on time. He was knowledgeable and spoke English very well. We toured “backwards” from the schedule as it was raining and he did everything to wait out the weather for the chairlift portion of the tour culminating with a Viator around the island. The only disappointment was that we did not get to see the Blue Grotto (I understand this gas now become normal - no one seems to get into the Grotto anymore?) and we couldn’t complete the entire island boat tour due to rough water.

Unforgettable Day in Capri & Anacapri! - We had an amazing time in Capri and Anacapri! The chairlift ride was absolutely breathtaking, and the boat tour was wonderful. Dominic did a fantastic job :) Such a beautiful island!

Great for day trips from the mainland - Domenic was a great guide and amazing on the multi-lingual direction and explanations. I would have liked more cultural immersion to the island than shopping time since we were staying on the island and already had this opportunity. The boat ride and chairlift portions are a must!

Poor tour - The meeting directions were awful - we nearly missing the tour. We had to find a different tour guide to find the Viator guide - way unacceptable. We’ll give a ‘0’ rating for meeting point. Next tour started almost 45 minutes past scheduled time. We’ll give a ‘1’ rating for promptness. Tour guide was very good. We’ll give him a ‘4’ rating. Time at the chairlift portion of tour was way too short. By the time we got to the top we had to come right back down because we were behind schedule. We’ll give it a ‘2’ rating for being rushed. The time in Capri (middle portion of tour) was woefully short - barely time to wander a get a drink. We’ll give it a ‘1’ rating. The only thing that saved the day was the boat tour (which we paid extra for). We’ll give that a ‘4’ rating. For the money spent - we feel like we got ripped off. Worse tour we have been on. Would like a refund.
