The Pasta & Tiramisu Class was an invitation to immerse myself in the heart of Italian cuisine, and I eagerly accepted.

Upon entering the charming San Carlo 17 - Trattoria e Pizzeria, I was immediately enveloped by the warm, rustic ambiance. The decor, a tribute to Italy’s rich cultural heritage, featured large photographs of the iconic Sophia Loren and lamps crafted from upcycled wine bottles. It was a setting that promised an experience as rich and layered as the dishes we were about to create.
