Hop on ,hop off . - Great service, plenty of buses ,little to no wait time.loved that there where two options ,the red line for the city and the blue(which was my favourite) along the water. Staff friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

Get to see all of Naples with the hop-on/hop-off bus! - Great way to get an overview of Naples, since it is a large city! We took both routes offered (red and blue), and then were given good advice on where to get lunch and shopping on our own afterwards. Naples is beautiful and interesting--we would never have been able to see the entire area on our own!

Blue over red - Of the 2 routes the blue scenic one was the best. We were a bit unlucky on the red city route as we encountered a demonstration which caused a severe delay and because the police closed a main road the trip was cut short. The amount of traffic and graffiti around the centre was disappointing. If we return to Naples we will plan our own sightseeing trip around the city. The route and subsequent views on the blue route were amazing and somewhat made up for the red route.

Disappointed 2nd tour of town - Great value....1st bus trip upto top of naples lovely breath taking views of mount vesuvius. 2nd bus tour of city centre not great ..got off bus for a wander around ...went to pick up bus st stop 4 ..only to find it doesn't stop there anymore ..and we had stood there for around an hour ...very disappointed....especially in the baking hot weather..should be made clear to passengers.

Upper Deck Seats are Best - This is a great way to get an overview of the city in a short amount of time. However, the best option for enjoying the tour is to sit on the upper deck. When we joined, the upper deck was full, and our seats were below. All we could see were sidewalks. Our bus was not air conditioned, and the engine noise was LOUD. We opted to ride the entire route a second time when seats upstairs were available. It was a totally different experience which we enjoyed.

Not really worth the cost - Sadly very disfactory. Didn't achieve or see very much from the whole Tour. Bus A through the old town didn't show you very much and also commentary was poor so didn't learn much. Had to do more on foot to see anything of significance. Bus B was more of a leisurely drive up and along the coastline, again nothing much of significance. Would recommend either local buses (albeit very busy) or a lot of walking.

Pass…. - Some staff were rude and condescending. Busses fill up fast and long wait times in the heat at stop 1. A lot of staff around but very little organization to the operation.
