Best Chef in Europe - Loved the experience. Didn’t have to stress about measurements because everything was already measured for us and the recipe card was provided afterwards so we could make it at home.

Fun and informative! - Nonna approved! My mother-in-law and I had a great experience with Mauro. His teaching style was accessible to a beginning cook (me) and yet informative for an advanced chef (mother-in-law). He also had a great sense of humor. Experience was topped off with a classy meal complete with vino and meloncello.

A wonderful way to spend a few hours in Naples. - We had a great afternoon in a group of twelve with Vitali as our chef. He managed the group, which included young children as well as oldies like me from all over the world, with great patience, excellent humour and a passion for what he was teaching. We learnt not only how to make the pasta and sauces but also about the local ingredients and the science behind it all. We ate bruschetta as well as the fettuccine and raviolis we made. These were accompanied by wine and limoncello. A really fun afternoon and fantastic value for money.

Do it. - One of the highlights of our family vacation in Italy. Highly recommend spending a couple hours getting your hands dirty and learning to make fresh pasta. Helpful and friendly local instructor. Nice facility for cooking lessons.

Fantastic Pasta-Making Class with Vitale! - Fantastic Pasta-Making Class with Vitale! I had an amazing experience at this pasta-making class in Naples. Our teacher, Vitale, was absolutely brilliant—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained each step clearly and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. We learned how to make fresh fettuccine and ravioli from scratch, and Vitale guided us through everything, from preparing the dough to shaping the pasta perfectly. He shared lots of helpful tips that I’ll definitely use at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and by the end, it felt like cooking with a friend. The dishes we made were delicious, and the whole class was a real highlight of my trip to Naples. I’d 100% recommend this class and especially Vitale to anyone visiting Naples who wants an authentic, hands-on Italian cooking experience! I am now a proud holder of a pasta chef diploma :-) Thanks Chef!

Delicious and fun! - My son and I had an absolute blast learning to make pasta. Vitale was an engaging teacher who made the instructions clear and fun - we were never frustrated, just had a ton of fun. And so much food!!! Very easy and accessible experience. And we left with some practical skills too!

Great experience - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making course. It was fun and informative; and the end product was delicious. Thanks to Antonio for his patience and humour and for teaching us lots of useful tips. We have returned home ready to put our new skills into practice. Will be making pasta this week!

Great Experience making Pasta - I had a fantastic time making ravioli and fettuccine with Maurizio. For the price, this was a great experience, allowing me to have some fun and learn a skill. Very easy to understand and work.
