Highly recommend - Our tour guide Angelo was fantastic - very knowledgable, explained things well, funny and knew how to beat the crowds. Definitely recommend this trip.

Tour to pompeii - Our tour guide, Frankie, has been by far the best tour guide we ever had. Frankie was very knowledgeable, funny, and entertaining. My teenage grandchildren enjoyed this tour very much.

Pompei is amazing - I suggest a small , semi private tour of Pompei... it was me and a couple from the USA on my tour... we were 3 people and our guide was fabulous!

An Excellent Tour Experience - I highly recommend this tour. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. The pick location is convenient, the AC’d bus was refreshing and I cannot say enough about the tour guide FRANKIE! He was knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii and fun to listen to. His English was good and easily understood. FRANKIE made the tour fun and educational!

Frankie’s tour of Pompei - Frankie was an amazing guide and brought the history of Pompei to life in a very fun way!! There were six of us in our group and Frankie ensured everyone had a great time. He also managed to find the shade at every turn for the entire tour party. In addition, Frankie did a great job navigating the crowds and finding the best spots early before the crowds arrived.

Well-planned, wonderful experience - Amazing experience and amazing deal. The drive to and from Naples was easy and comfortable. And upon arriving in Pompeii, everything was well-organized. But the highlight was our tour guide, Francesca. She was thoughtful, entertaining, and seemed to know how to get to every shady spot in Pompeii. (Seriously, there’s a lot of hot direct sunlight and she timed and located our breaks perfectly in the shade.) Her descriptions of the history were informative, but on the lighter side—so if you’re a true history nerd and want a tour that goes deep in the weeds, this may not be it. But for anyone else, I can’t imagine a better one!

Pompey Tour Experience - Angelo was wonderful, knowledgeable, He encouraged questions and was very thorough with his responses.. His love and respect for this historical treasure was evident. So glad he was our guide today.

Great experience - Frankie was the guide and did a great job navigating us through the lines and had a wealth of knowledge about the sites and the traditions of the area. We heard other guides in groups and they were not nearly as fun as Frankie. Money well spent.

Fantastic guide. Terrible organization - We were asked to meet at a hotel. Management there told us the lobby was exclusive for their guests. We were to be there by 8:15 am, transportation arrived at 8:30 but we were not allowed to board until all passengers arrived having us wait under the sun in the street. When we arrived at Pompeii at 9 we had to stand until the doors opened (9:30) but the groups had to be divided and that couldn’t be done until all passengers arrived. Once we were finally guided into this most amazing site (9:45) our guide was knowledgeable, kind and pleasant which almost made up for the disorganization and needless delays by the company. Do not miss Pompeii but I hope you have a better organized experience.

Tour review - I don’t know if I can give a review of what others should expect - we had a family traveling that needed a wheelchair, that they didn’t realize was a separate tour. This one required a lot of walking. Our guide was very gracious and took her time due to the walking limitations of the family. However, there was a lot of history given about economy and geography at the time of the settlement. I would have honestly rather have had more detail about what the structures were that we were seeing along the way, such as: this structure is x. It was used for x. And then expound on what that meant. And likely what life was like at the time of the eruption. But overall, she is a very gracious host and we enjoyed the tour. Didn’t get to the amphitheater / colosseum structure.
