- Piazza San Carlo - Piazza San Carlo is a prominent city square in Turin, Italy. Established in the 16th and 17th centuries, it showcases Baroque architecture. The square is named in honor of Charles Borromeo, having previously been called Piazza Reale, Piazza d’Armi, and Place Napoleon. At its center stands the Caval ‘d brons, a bronze equestrian statue of Emmanuel Philibert, Duke of Savoy, crafted by Carlo Marochetti in 1838. The square is encircled by porticos designed by Carlo di Castellamonte around 1638. The twin churches of Santa Cristina and San Carlo Borromeo mark the southern boundary of the square. Stratta, which opened in 1836 as a confectionery shop and supplier to the Royal family and Count Camillo Benso di Cavour, is now one of Turin’s most renowned historic cafés, built on the core value of family.
- Via Roma - Giordano represents family tradition and a legacy of sweetness dating back to 1897. This historic Piedmontese chocolate factory is celebrated for its illustrious past. Today, with unique recipes and the skill of the maîtres chocolatiers, who handcraft each chocolate, A.Giordano delights taste buds worldwide with its timeless treats.
- Turin - Guido Castagna: His workshop resembles an atelier, where everyone collaborates, learns, grows, and upholds their values. This exceptional team believes in the enchantment of chocolate, adhering to natural methods.
- Piazza Carignano - Pepino’s journey began in 1884 when Domenico Pepino, an artisanal gelato maker from Naples, relocated to Turin. Bringing his family of ice cream makers, along with all the necessary tools, molds, and materials for crafting and packaging his cold pastry specialties, he soon opened an ice cream parlor. “Vera Gelateria Artigiana” - True Artisanal Gelato - became the slogan and quickly symbolized Turin’s finest cold pastry. The year 1939 marked a significant milestone for the company. After extensive experimentation and research, Gelati Pepino patented and introduced the world’s first gelato on a stick covered in chocolate: Pinguino® - the Penguin - (Patent No. 58033).
