Amazing museum. - Amazing artifacts and descriptions of the evolution of “mankind”. Visitors should allow plenty of time to experience the museum, if they can only visit once. Otherwise plan on returning more than one. It is well worth the visit(s).

Excellent not-to-be-missed sight in Mexico and wonderful introduction to the country’s history and people. - Very well organised tickets for an excellent museum which was a highlight to Mexico but limited English explanations. Light filled and airy buildings with lots of areas to rest and a good restaurant. Highly recommended.

Amazing and extensive - Museum was wonderful and extensive, however we expected to receive audio guides and were disappointed. The continuity from one large room to another was also confusing, ie it was difficult to understand what was going on from one decade/century to another across the various cultures.

Everything worked out - Everything worked out fine. First there is a voucher, then you always get a reminder that the valid ticket only gets the day before the event. That's how it was. Thank you

Amazing cultural experience at this beautiful museum. Plan to spend several hours - Fantastic museum! The package we bought said it included an audio guide. It did not. The museum does not offer audio guides.

The digital component is... - The digital component is not an audio and doesn’t really fit with the exhibits. I would let people know this or make an audio version.

Love the museum; don’t get advance tickets. - The Anthropology Museum is fabulous. But just get a ticket at the entrance. No need for advance tickets. And the digital guide is a waste of space.

They cancel my ticket the day before my visit to the museum - I booked for the Frida Kahlo Museum when I was still at home two weeks before I left for my vacation. The day before my visit, when I was in already in Mexico City I received a text from the tour operator telling me that my ticket was canceled. There was no chance of getting another ticket before I left, the museum was booked up for the next week. This isn’t what I expected from a company that claims to be professional and had already taken my money and made me a promise for a ticket. They gave me a refund, but that wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted to go see the museum and I had no chance to before I left Mexico City. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not reliable.

Wonderful musseum but buy your tickets at the door and save - This is a review for the Amigo Tours / Viator (TripAdvisor) digital tour. Do yourself a favor and buy the tickets at the door. The two tickets they sold us were $56 (US), the tickets at the door are $6, so $12 for a couple. The digital tickets were extremely complicated/ broken links, etc. to access, and the digital was not accessible whatsoever. The app they made you download did not recognise my booking. The only advantage was not to stand in the ticket line for 5 mns, we still had to stand in the security line, of course. This qualifies as a ripoff! Fortunately, the museum installations were extraordinary and abundant. This is definitely a must-see. I only wish that I had read the reviews of this ticket provider before and saved $44.
