• Floating Gardens of Xochimilco - Join your guide on a colorful, flat-bottomed boat called a trajinera for a leisurely hour-long cruise along the chinampa channels, passing by floating flower gardens. As your boatman navigates by pushing a pole through the water, your guide will explain the history of these distinctive boats, originally carved from logs and once used for transportation across Mexico.

Pass by other vibrantly painted vessels carrying passengers and observe boat vendors offering fresh food. Feeling hungry?
