Museum entry is scheduled for 3:30 PM, with a possible variation of 15 minutes earlier or later. The exact time will be confirmed.

There is a 15-minute grace period from the time indicated on the ticket. After this period, the museum will deny entry. In the event of a late arrival or no-show, refunds or rescheduling are not available. Any changes will be communicated 24 hours a day; if there is no response, the new schedule is considered accepted.
