10/10 Would Recommend - Kevin was such an AMAZING tour guide. He was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for this trip. The sights are beautiful. It's a must see site.

Well worth it....awesome guide - The 4am start, the 6 hours round trip could scare many and it's a bit tough but at the end of the day...SOOOO WORTH IT!!!! Max was an awesome guide, super friendly, fun...just a good guy all around. The springs/pools are just plain amazing but what you realize as you go through the journey, they are nit even the best thing. The cave is completely breath taking. The site itself, the surrounding is incredible. I woukd recommend this trip to absolutely EVERYONE. We came back really tired, long day but oh boy it was worth it. Thank you, Max!!!

Magic Day ! - This is truly a magical day in a magical place ! Yes it’s a bit of a drive but it’s such a unique experience you won’t even remember the drive. Our guide Beatriz was accommodating and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about the place and area ! Don’t hesitate to book this - you will love it !

Amazing adventure! - Max was a great host & Erick was a great driver! The early trip was definitely worth it, to be one of the first groups at Tolantongo. After visiting the grutas, we went to a cave that was much warmer than expected - this was our favorite part of the experience. The river was very turquoise, also very unexpected to see it this blue! Awesome experience and awesome hosts!

Fantastic day trip - We had an amazing experience visiting the Tolantongo hot springs and I highly recommend booking this trip! Everything was perfectly arranged, starting with the pickup which was clearly communicated and right on time the day before.
The hot springs themselves were absolutely stunning — relaxing in the thermal pools with the mountain views was unforgettable. The waterfall and river were just as incredible, offering beautiful scenery and a chance to explore more of the area’s natural beauty.
Our guide, Kevin, was fantastic throughout the day. He was kind, attentive, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves.
If you're considering a trip to Tolantongo, don't hesitate — this one is well worth it!

You won’t regret Waterfall and Cave tour. - The drive is long and getting up early is tough, but it’s more than worth it. The pools were a good experience, but what makes this experience unique is the waterfall and cave tour. The waterfall is a beautiful sight and the cave with hot springs pouring into it are once in a lifetime kind of experience. Max was also a wonderful tour guide. Be sure to bring a waterproof case for your phone so you take amazing photos.

Communicative and fun - Great trip was picked up on time, tour guide Magali was awesome very communicative and we were able to experience so much that day and enjoy the ability to be back in CDMX early enough to shower/rest or to go out at night

Had a great time! Got... - Had a great time! Got back earlier than expected and wasn’t too tired. The ride was very bumpy so it was hard to take a nap in the car. Can get a little nauseous. The waterfall was amazing. Kevin was a great guide.

A must visit, no doubt!!! (Review from a Mexican) - The experience in Tolantongo-Hotsprings is amazing, is a must do for all kinds of travelers, we did it on peak session and still could enjoy all the experience, Beatriz was so nice and even took pico of us - we decided to leave our phones at the car so we didn't have to bother about it getting wet or else -
The only thing that bothered me was that, since we weren't within the pick up area they had to coordinate the meeting point and I had to ask for this information instead of having it from them early on the day before, that was the only thing that made me stress a lot about the tour
Recommendations for the tour: bring comfortable water shoes, not flip-flops you'll be walking in the river and the caves so you want to make sure your feet are comfy, a change of clean and dry clothes for the end of the day and of course a towel, snaks for the road, a hat with good shade, sunblock and the best attitude to enjoy the day and be amazed with the beauty of the nature
