Insightful Tour of Diego Rivera Murals - Our tour guide Ninelth was fantastic. She is easy to understand, knowledgeable of the art and passionate about the rich culture and history of Mexico. This is mainly a walking tour highlighting Diego Rivera’s murals and his relationship with wife Frida Kahlo. Stops included the Mural Museum, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Living Mural Museum downtown. We had lunch in one of Diego’s favorite restaurants before taking an uber to Coyoacán. Here we explored Diego and Frida’s life together there including the newly opened “Red” house of the Kahlo family and the market. Highly recommended both the tour and Ninelth our guide.

Absolute must in Mexico City - Wow... my family had an incredible day on this tour! Not only was our guide Ninelth a wealth of knowledge, she spoke so passionately about the history and the mural art of Mexico that it captivated us all! Much to my daughter's disappointment, we were unable to get tickets to the Frida Khalo Museum, but Ninelth really took the time to cater to her desire to learn more about Frida and included some great stops about her life on the tour! Ninelth really listened to our interests and navigated the tour to include the things she thought we would be most interested in. She was fun to converse with and happily answered all of our questions. The buildings and the art on this tour were truly amazing! Coyoacan is such a beautiful and tranquil place- a wonderful way to end the day after the bustling chaos of Centro Historico. We all left feeling like we had a better understandung of Mexican history, art, and culture! My only regret is that we don't get another day in Mexico City with Ninelth as our guide! Don't wait- book this tour!
