Guadalupe’s Basilica - The tour to Guadalupe’s Basilica was amazing! My guide was very interested and inspired by his culture and was very helpful and knowledgeable. His openness, friendliness and support in different topics, passion about his culture and interest to my opinion was wonderful. It was a private tour so we could sneak into different places fast, without any obstacles and he knew where and how to do it better. Highly recommend the tour and the guide!:)

Great Basilica tour - Our tour guide Noe' was very knowledgeable, punctual and nice! We learned so much from him. He guided us where and when to go in order to avoid a huge crowd. Thank you Noe' again for a wonderful tour!

Amazing Tour - Full of History and Fun! - The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Teotihuacan and he was accommodating with our children's needs. The tour guide also provided water and Mexican snacks for us. The view from the pyramid is unforgettable. To see the Teotihucanes' achievements in person was astonishing. Totally recommend this tour to anyone looking to see and learn about the pyramids.

beautiful day to visit our mother...our lady of Guadalupe 🙏❤️ - great experience to go on a private tour as there was enough time to attend mass and go around the area. Driver was great and helpful with what we wanted to do.

Leila is THE absolute guide!! - Leila was the perfect guide, met us on time, went at our pace, very informative with a few stories, she took us to the nicer quieter stores that had a wide variety to choose from, they had different sizes and kinds of tilmas, rosaries, candles, scapulars, figurines etc. We requested Leila take us to Xochimilco the ff day. We started early, what a great idea, it felt like we were the only ones there. A street vendor was cooking up some chilaquiles so we took some with us for breakfast on the trajinera and it was a day well spent going around the chinampas created by the Aztecs. We got to see the axolotls too! Leila had many stories to tell, this being her hometown.

Great spiritual experience... - This is a great tour/experience. It was a very moving experience spiritually because of our tour guide Diego. With all my travels all over the world, He's one of the best. 1. Kind and patient 2. Very accommodating and FLEXIBLE. 3. KNOWLEDGEABLE and knows his way around. 4. Within a short time we were able to attend the mass, had confession and Holy communion! He's so organized with his timing to accomplish the above. Also, we were able to offer the flowers, lit candles bought religious stuff and had them blessed. 5. Tour of the Basilica, garden etc was awesome . I couldn't be thankful enough and grateful for the heartwarming and contentment food for the soul. GOD BLESS DIEGO. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. Again, our heartfelt gratitude. The driver and guide for... - The driver and guide for very nice and accommodating. The guide spoke some English but was unable to give details about the shrine. Two years ago we did the same trip and the guide was excellent and knew much of the history and significance of each symbol/building. As that was my comparison and the first guide was so great, I can only give this trip 3 stars..

Underwhelming Experience at a Premium Price - The tour was okay, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations or the price. We were expecting a comfortable van as shown in the listing photos, but we were picked up in a regular personal car. Our guide was friendly and patient, but the tour lacked depth. He mostly walked with us and pointed out basic facts, and some of the information he shared seemed inaccurate—especially to my family, who are very religious and familiar with the site. Some chapels were closed (not the guide’s fault), but rather than offering alternatives, we simply moved on. We actually ended up returning the next day on our own and had a much more enriching experience. Overall, it was convenient to have transportation, but I wouldn’t book this tour again.
