Memorable entertainment - A lot of fun. Great entertainment and as a solo female I felt very safe through the entire experience. Don’t miss this one. I hollered along with the crowd. You cannot; the energy was incredible.

Fun to see Luche Libre with the kids! - Really enjoyed this tour. Started with some mezcal tasting and then walked to Luche Libre. Our kids had mango shakes which they enjoyed. I liked that we got our own masks and our seats were perfect. Could not have asked for better seats. I felt this tour was great value and felt safe going to the show with Andres, rather than on our own, as we heard the area of the show was a bit sketchy. Andres was very knowledgable and engaging. The kids enjoyed the show as well, although it went pretty late 11pm. I think we were all tired by the end of it. We took an uber home from the event.

It was awesome - It was a great experience. Our guide Arturo was very funny, kind, and caring. The meeting point was clearly explained and easy to find. First stop was a nice bar and the Mezcal tasting was goood ;-) , They served fried tortillas, guacamole and crickets. During the walk to the arena we stopped at some points and Arturo explained the Lucha libre culture and provided interesting information about the area. Then we watched a two our wrestling show having michelada and snacks. The matches were so cool, the atmosphere in the arena was motivating to cheer up the luchadoras and luchadores. Arturo answered all questions and at the end of the tour he just waited at the drop off spot until everyone caught their Uber. Thanks Arturo and be careful with the spicy nuts ;-)

Amazing lucha libre evening!! - We did the Lucha Libre and mezcal tasting experience with our guide Arturo. What an amazing evening!! Arturo is a dynamic and informative guide, super engaging. The mezcal tasting was a lot of fun, which set the stage for the lucha libre experience. You could tell how much Arturo cares about sharing the lucha libre experience - and he had some friends who were participating in the matches. The highlight was a 17-person “sin salida” match, which ended up being unexpectedly an emotional match at the end, with “Robin” losing his mask with his kids in the ring with him. An amazing evening, we had so much fun.

Birthday fun - If I could rate it higher than a 5 out of 5 I would. Between the mezcal tasting and the fight night it was my favorite experience in the city. We had the best most knowledgeable tour guide and mezcalero.

Pros & Cons - Glad that we went. Overall interesting and fun. Enjoyed our guide Emiliano who was engaging, informative, readily answered our questions about life in cdmx, and was pleasant to be around. Initially we were a group of around 40 w/ 2 guides. After a time of drinks and getting to know other participants we divided into two groups, proceeding w/the rest of the tour separately. I was quite relieved being paired w Emiliano as the other guide who shared w/the entire group the history of LL felt free while doing so to drop repeated F bombs, comment several times on the wrestler's "asses", and make a vieled negative comment about US politics. A real turnoff and obvious immaturity and lack of knowing one's audience. Being paired w/ Emiliano saved the experience for me.

50/50 ….. expensive in my opinion - Mezcal tasting with the group was great and our guide Arturo was funny and friendly. Considering kids just get a smoothie, there should be a bigger price difference between an adult and child rather than a few pounds. If you accept that the wrestling is obviously fake and performative then it’s fun for a few partnerships. It gets repetitive and it not being real takes the “drama” out of it. The arena is huge so the atmosphere is great. We were 18 in our group, made up of 4 families and a couple. There were 5 shows (different wrestling matches), I think we were the only family that stayed till the end. I wish we had booked direct with Ticketmaster as the tickets we were given cost around $300 Mexican dollars each. We paid just under £300. After the tour my husband and I felt it was really expensive. Live and learn I guess. Highly recommend Arturo. He is amazing and answered absolute credit to Mexico a Pie Tours. Doubt he sees much of the £300 we paid. Obviously we tipped him
