Fun Open air bus tour. - Great experience riding the double decker bus to see the city. I recommend it to see the iconic monuments. My only suggestion, it was advertised as bilingual or you can listen in English and our bus tour was only in Spanish so I had to translate everything to my companion.

Fun experience. We got to... - Fun experience. We got to see Mexico City during rush hour traffic and that in itself was something spectacular to see. The bike lanes had hundreds of bikes, everything was Jammed pack and vibrant. The double decker bus was comfortable. Seeing Mexico City at night gave us something to look forward to for the next night there. Would definitely recommend for first time visitors.

Good for the price. - They are punctual and kind in their treatment. The tour is nice, just for the cost. Pass through The Little Horse, Monument to Revolution, Reformation, The Angel, The Target, and back again the Angel and Fine Arts.

The earphones they... - The earphones they provide for you don’t work. We couldn’t get any info as it was all in Spanish. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and don’t recommend this tour. For 45min tour it’s not worth the money you pay especially if you can’t hear it in English. We were told that they would give us the same tour for free on the bus at a later date. We will be leaving in three days and don’t have any available time to do it. We were given a refund in cash but the point being the tour was a failure. You need to check to make sure your earphones work for your English speaking tourist. You could bring your own but there is no guarantee they will work with your system. I am giving it one star, that is being very generous!

TERRIBLE experience with Turibus Hop on Hop Off bus. Really bad audio quality and extremely difficult to navigate. - This hop on hop off bus tour is the worst. 1. Not all the jacks for earphones work. We had to search and move seats to find ones that functioned. And even then, the sound quality was terrible- even with the earphones I brought much less the poor quality ones they hand out. Furthermore the bus broadcasts very loudly in Spanish which makes listening to the recorded dialog over earphones in other languages provided even more difficult to hear. By cramming the earphones into our ears, we could get a whisper. Yes- Mexico is a Spanish speaking country, but a tourist bus that offers many languages should be respectful of all of those languages. Why not put Spanish on the headphones, too? 2. The route map is total nonsense. The stops they post and label on the street are a joke. We had a bus zip past us while we waited at the posted stop and the driver ignored us waving him down even though we were in his lane. 3. The map they provide with the tickets is worthless. It doesn’t show the bus route so you have no idea where you are and where the stops are located. You must get back on where you got off, otherwise it is hopeless to find the next stop. Don’t even dream of walking between stops. Which is a real problem when the route changes unannounced due to traffic and other issues. We were blocked by a demonstration and our driver told us to get off and walk to the next stop. Good luck with that! It took us a few hours, lots of walking and sheer luck to find another bus even though we were miles away from the demonstration. We finally observed another bus across 7 lanes of traffic that was stopped. We missed it, but crossed the street to get the next one where the prior one had stopped. It was a gamble because there was NO sign. When the next bus finally arrived, I asked the bus driver why no sign. He shrugged his shoulders and said not his problem; where he stopped was the stop. Pathetic. Think carefully before you choose Turibus.

Unprofessional and hard to navigate hop on hop off bus service. AVOID unless you want to spoil your day. - This tour is very unprofessional There is no map that shows you exactly where the bus goes. It is a total guess as to where the buses stop. The street is not marked so unless you get back on where you got off you have no idea if there will be a bus or not even at signposts marked as a stop. Crazy.
