Great private walking tour of the architecture of Mexico City's Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods. - Roma Norte and Condesa are amazing Mexico City neighborhoods with very interesting Art Deco and Art Nouveau architecture. Luis Rodrigo was a wonderful guide, weaving history and art into this architecture tour. He was flexible such that we started the walking tour in Roma Norte and ended in front of our AirBnb in Condesa (and stopping in Roma Norte for a pastry at the wonderful Panaderia Rosetta about which we had heard so much). We booked through Context Travel, which is pricey. But Luis was worth it

Amazing way to see what Condesa and Roma has to offer! - Ingrid was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about Mexico City. She answered all of our questions and gave us insight on many interesting areas and architecture of Condesa and Roma. Also, best places to eat!!!! I told her that i have a terrible memory and that I wouldn’t remember all the places that she recommended. Well 10min after we said good bye I received a message from her with all the links of the places! Very thoughtful!! Thank you Ingrid 🙏🙏 She speaks Spanish & English

Tour with Alex - We had a wonderful tour with Alex in April. He wanted to make sure we saw as much as we could of Mexico City and he made that happen. We learned so much and fell in love with Mexico City. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and personable and even gave us restaurant recommendations for the rest of our rime in the city. We would definitely tour with Alex again!

Walking with a new friend - I had an awesome time walking around Roma and Condessa with Alex. I learned a lot but mostly just enjoyed chatting as we became friends. It was a great tour.

Delightful private tour - Nicolas is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. I took a two-hour tour and, although I'm not a fan of architectural styles, I enjoyed connecting the historical dots. He provided insights not only about the two neighborhoods but also about the Mexica and Spanish conquests.

Amazing communication alleviated any worries! - As the friend responsible for choosing and booking a tour for three other friends traveling together, there’s a worry and pressure of choosing a dud or being stood up. I’m so glad I chose City Unscripted,as they have amazing communication and organization! Their team answers any questions quickly and their process tailors your tour to your preferences. For this reason alone, I will use their services in the future in other cities. All four of us enjoyed our guide Ingrid for her knowledge, patience, humor and personality. Clearly she loves what she’s doing. This particular tour checked all the boxes for us: walking, getting the feeling for the vibe of a neighborhood and how people live, learning those little tidbits that we couldn’t possibly know without a guide. We ended our tour at a mouth-watering local fish taco spot we never would have found without Ingrid’s recommendation. Thank you Ingrid and everyone at City Unscripted for working hard to make wonderful memories for us.

Spent a beautiful morning... - Spent a beautiful morning exploring Roma and Condesa with Claudia - it felt like I was with a friend! She knew the area well and took me to see a couple of hidden gems I’d have otherwise missed. I’d definitely recommend booking her tour!

Did not live up to expectations. Look elsewhere! - I hate to do this because our guide Nicolas was a very nice man but this was a terrible tour. We walked around both neighborhoods but there were no tips about fun places to return to, no visiting of interesting street art or architecture no introduction to the neighborhoods. We just walked around and he told us about Mexican history. We could have been anywhere in the city. Having had a different tour the following day with people who had a marvellous tour around Condessa and Roma Norte they confirmed our impression that it was a waste of our time. We were not unhappy that it ended 1 hour early. Would not recommend.
