Excellent Experience - This tour was an experience that we will never forget. We learned so much and we were able to embrace all the beauty Mexico City has to offer. Miguel, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable, he was the best. Highly recommended to tour with this company.

Good tour worth doing - Dante our host was very good - knowledgeable, kept things moving, informative and funny. The tour also covered a lot of including temples, churches and culture. Would definitely recommend.

Juan is a brilliant guide - We booked this tour because it was advertised as being in English, but we turned out to be the only non-Spanish-speaking couple. As a result, our guide had to explain everything twice. Perhaps the organisers could’ve asked we shift to another day to not make this such a bother for the other guests and guide. That said, Juan was absolutely fantastic, incredibly patient, kind, and thoughtful in making sure we never felt left out. He’s so knowledgeable and really made the experience. It rained all day, but we still managed to enjoy every sight thanks to Juan’s added stories (and the shelter of the bus). Pick up and drop off were seamless and we kept to the time schedule, even with heavy traffic.

Amazing trip - The trip was long but awesome and worth every penny spent. The tour guide and driver were top notch. Especially the guide Juan, he was just amazing and went beyond his way and time to bring value to all of us. Thank you Juan, you are the best!

Net positive - First we stopped at Tlatelolco Plaza. A very short stop. Not sure why this is on the tour. Next we drove to the Teotihuacan Pyramids. A sea of people. It was the peak time of the year (right after Dia de Muertos). Still cool though. We spent a couple of hours here, most of that time without the guide (at his suggestion). After that we went to a restaurant. It was a joke. They didn't have menus. Barely anything was available to eat. Then they tried to overcharge me for the food we did get. To be fair, the guide did explain afterward that the restaurants in this area are not equipped to handle the surge in foreign visitors. That fact was plain to see during our visit. Finally we went to the Guadalupe Catholic Shrine. Also a lot of people, but very cool to see. We were with our guide the whole time.

Good guide, but they sinned in the move - Very good guide and few people in the class. However, it says that there is a transfer from the hotel, but we got to pick up Uber on the way and back (raining) to a meeting point.

So-So. Balance is Off. - I cannot fault my guide or my driver who were both fantastic. However this tour had so so much more walking than suggested and some of it on difficult terrain (all the steps at the pyramids are treacherous). I’d also question the balance of the tour. There’s no need to spend two hours at the pyramids, they’re not even completely authentic and when you’ve seen them you've seen them. The Basilica and Shrine are far far more interesting and beautiful and warranted much more time than they were given. I’d recommend skipping the pyramids entirely (though the clapping was fun) and going on a tour dedicated solely to the Basilica and Shrine.

Nice walk - In general it was a quick visit, it was fulfilled as scheduled, but at some points I would have liked to go down , for example in the square of 3 cultures only showed us from afar
