Flavors + facts! - Angel was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. It was so fun and we learned a lot. You can make this a fancy learning experience or you can take it easy and have fun with music and drinking / eating. It's so cool to see how the mezcal blends with the mole and to learn about the cooking/distillation process. We also learned about the plants and region the plants originate. So much better than a regular old drinking experience!!

Intellectual mezcal and mole pairing experience - Angel was very knowledgeable with his mezcals and thoroughly demonstrated his passion for mole. He said it best, this definitely was “an intellectual pairing” as he described fun facts about all tasters and encouraged us to explore with our senses. Would gladly recommend this experience to anyone.

Great fun and very interesting - Where do I begin…I never knew mezcal was so complex, and mole too. I had a great time learning all the intricacies of them both. I ended up buying $600.00 worth of mezcal and mole to take home lol

Fun, educational, and yummy - If you want to learn more about mezcal and mole this is the way to do it. The setting is nice and really would be a good small group activity. I especially liked the mole pairing and tasting through so many different moles. Like a mini tour of Mexico. While we learned a lot, it did feel a bit rushed. I believe if they allowed two hours it would have been a bit more enjoyable.

Really interesting... - Really interesting experience with some delicious mole! I would recommend adding some kind of food element (e.g., even just tortilla chips or something really simple) as straight Mezcal is a lot to take in without anything else.

The mole was good for... - The mole was good for being hydrated powder, the history is interesting. Just the worst mezcal we’ve had in Mexico. Got out of there as fast as we could because they are pushing their brand instead of highlighting top offerings.
