Highly recommend the Anthropology Museum - Alicia was a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide, who made the most efficient use of our time. The Museum is spectacular but is very large so unless you return later in the day, which is possible with your Viator ticket, seeing the entirety is not possible.

Private tour- very thorough - David was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Anthropology Museum. He explained the symbolism of the architecture of the building and its features and we spent time in the Teotihuacán, Aztec and Mayan galleries. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to balance the time in the 3 galleries- we spent a lot of time in the Teotihuacán gallery and so the Aztec and Mayan felt a little rushed. We were able to wander through ourselves but as non-Spanish speakers, there is only so much you can get out of it without some explanation.

Péssima experiência - Very bad experience, the company doesn't provide clear information on how to identify the guides or how to contact them. Any help you need will be directed to a call center that doesn't work. The Museum of Anthropology in Mexico is beautiful and worth a visit, but I suggest going with another company.

Do not recommend - I would not recommend this tour company based on my experience. I had a confirmed booking and ran into heavy traffic, which is extremely common in Mexico City. I proactively contacted the company via WhatsApp ahead of time to let them know I would be late and asked if there was any way to join the group at a later point or reschedule. At first, they responded, but once I explained the situation, they completely stopped replying. No guidance, no alternatives, nothing. I was essentially left on my own after already paying for the tour. I understand that tours operate on a schedule and can’t always wait, but the lack of communication and unwillingness to offer even a basic solution was very disappointing. Even a simple rescheduling option or partial accommodation would have made a big difference. Instead, I lost both the experience and the money. If you book with them, just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you may not get any support or flexibility. In a city like CDMX, where delays happen all the time, that’s a serious downside.
