Easy way to spend an interesting Day for Avery reasonable price - 4 acres of the museum dedicated to Indigenous findings. Tops in the world. Plan to spend the whole day! Lots of Spanish written so bring your translator or get headphones or a tour guide thru Tripadvisor. It helps if you use Uber to get there and to get home as pickup and drop off sites are very busy.

We booked an English... - We booked an English language tour and our tour guide, Lily was amazing! She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Mexico's history and culture and the artifacts contained in the museum. And answered the various questions she received from the tour group.

Accessible and accommodating organization, engaging guides. - Tour run by Amigo tours, who have a variety of guides. We went twice (it's complicated) and enjoyed both guides who were informative and engaging in their own way. They were very accessible and accommodating with some last minute changes we had to make.

Let a teacher guide you. - Excellent narrated tour. It was impossible to visit all exhibition halls in allotted time. However, while visiting the highlights, we learned a lot about what we saw. I recommend this tour to anyone wishing to learn more in depth about the exhibits and Mexico’s history.

Poorly organized and poor English. Equipment failure. - We bougainvillea English language tour but our guide did not speak adequate English. Additionally, there were Spanish speakers on our tour, so everything had to be done in both languages which added time to our tour. The microphone was broken so we had a hard time hearing. It was still better than not having a guide, but disappointing. Poorly organized as well

Avoid this tour - Tour was disorganized, waited 40 minutes from stated meeting time until actual start of tour. Guide spoke very poor English and was not able to make tour engaging or interesting. Recommendation is to do tour on own, not use this vendor.
