Our private tour with... - Our private tour with Francisco was absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of our time in Mexico City. He brings a level of insight, nuance, and storytelling that transforms a simple walk through the city into a rich and unforgettable journey. What stood out most was how he wove together history, culture, politics, and personal anecdotes with clarity and depth. He doesn’t just show you the landmarks—he helps you understand the layers of meaning behind them, the stories you’d never find in a guidebook. You can feel how much he loves and understands this city. Francisco was warm, engaging, and completely tailored the experience to our interests and pace. He welcomed all of our questions and made us feel like we were exploring the city with an old friend. If you want more than just a sightseeing tour—if you want a meaningful, intellectually stimulating, and truly personal experience—don’t miss this tour with Francisco. It was an honor to spend time with him, and we left inspired and more connected to Mexico City than we ever expected.

Best Tour Ever - Book this tour immediately! After our tour ended, my husband and I both agreed this was the best walking tour we’ve ever done. Francisco made us feel like we were truly walking around the city with a friend. He brought the city to life for us in a way nobody has done for us on a walking tour. His knowledge of the history, art and culture of the city is impressive. I also appreciated how he took the time after the tour to send us recommendations for the rest of our stay in the city.

Great tour, highly recommended - I had a great 4-hour tour with Francisco, seeing parts of the city I had not seen before including treasures inside several public buildings. Francisco is personable and friendly. He speaks nearly perfect English, and Spanish, of course. He provided great insight into history, art and architecture in a personal, informal tone as if we had been friends for a long time. We stopped for tacos at a little restaurant and also had a couple bathroom/rest breaks. I especially enjoyed the Diego Rivera murals at the Secretaria de Educacion. The tour was easy to schedule, and Francisco provided clear instructions before the tour about when and where to meet. (Leave a little extra time to get to the meeting place in the morning in case there is traffic.) He also recommended a good place to catch an Uber back to my hotel. Highly recommended!

Art, Architecture and Authors - Francisco is a great guide. Personable, knowledgeable, and funny. He made it a point to have one-on-one time with each of the four of us to get to know us, which was appreciated ... and rare. He will customize a tour to fit your wishes. We wanted to see the Belles Artes and the Post Office, so he planned our route to see those and some other amazing spots. Definitely add the Museo Vivo del Muralismo to your itinerary. He took us there (never heard of it) and we experienced dozens of floor-to-ceiling Diego Rivera murals. He also took us to some tucked-away gems that I bet aren't on run-of-the-mill tours. A two or three hour tour is probably optimum. NOTE: we didn't get inside the Post Office or Belles Artes because is was Monday and all museums are closed on Monday whether on a tour or self-guided.

Mexico City, Reimagined - Proper brilliant it was – a solid four hours that completely changed my perspective on the city. You know, you think you know a place, but he really opened our eyes to the magic of it all. Honestly, Francisco’s got this way of weaving poetry into his storytelling, making everything come alive. It was funny too – we were chuckling away while soaking in all the incredible sights and tales he had to share. This tour wasn’t just surface-level; it had real depth, opening up a side of the city we’d never even thought about. It was like discovering a hidden gem right under your nose, innit? And can we talk about the tacos? He took us to some of the best ones I’ve ever had – proper tasty, dripping with flavour! I reckon I could have gobbled up a million of ’em. Francisco also snapped some cracking photos of my wife and me – really captured the spirit of the day. Lastly, he recommended this superb okonomiyaki restaurant that we just had to try – and I must say, it did not disappoint! All in all, if you’re ever in Mexico City, you’ve gotta take this tour with Francisco. It’s a right adventure, and your perception of the city will never be the same again! Pure class, mate! Cheers!

The perfect way to experience the historic center! - My walking tour with Francisco was the highlight of my trip! I got to see several of the historic landmarks on my list as well as some hidden gems — but through Francisco’s insightful lens. He’s super knowledgeable and a beautiful storyteller; he married the city’s history with the CDMX of today in everything we saw, and in stories of Mexico’s geography, architecture, economy, politics, arts. It was the absolute perfect way to experience the city’s historic center. I booked a two hour tour because of my schedule but I wish I’d done longer! Francisco was very easy to talk with - he’s lived all over the world and you can tell! He’s curious, patient, easygoing, and a natural curator of amazing experiences for people. He also gave me some great food options nearby and a concert to check out!

Experience of a Lifetime - Francisco is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Mexico City. He also knows about some hidden gems that we would not have discovered on our own. I highly recommend booking him if you want a first class experience in one of the most exciting cities in the world.

Go with Francisco on a Magical Adventure! - Absolutely fantastic! Better than expected (which is always nice)! It never felt like we were on a cookie cutter tour with a memorized script, but more like we were visiting a good friend who was l axing us on an adventure to experience his city. The hours flew by as we meandered through the historic center, learning some history, art, and -oh! - eating unique and delicious tacos in a little “hole in the wall)! Francisco tailored our day to us answering all our questions, delving deeper in conversations that blossomed. From the itinerary, the cultural experiences. historical context, and his travel background, im co didn’t all who wander with Francisco will feel lucky to have had Francisco as a guide!! If there a places you for sure want to see (or do not want to see), let him know! Otherwise, just go and let the day flow! PS Sign up for as long as you can afford! It’s time well spent and you won’t be sorry:)
