Beautiful! - This tour is really amazing. Started at Cholula at the church, Tonanzintla is a little place but a jewel. Pubela is a larger city but beautiful and historical. We visited for a day trip but great if one can spend 2-3 days in the area. Carlo and Betto were excellent. Carlo was very knowledgeable and professional!

A Beautiful Day Trip to Puebla and Cholula – Highly Recommend - We had an amazing experience on this day trip from Mexico City to Cholula and Puebla, and our tour guide Alex was fantastic! He seamlessly guided us in both English and Spanish, sharing the rich history and cultural insights at every stop. We began in Cholula, where we hiked up to the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios, built on top of the largest pyramid in the world by volume—a bit of a climb, but absolutely worth it for the views and spiritual atmosphere. We then visited the breathtaking Santa Maria Tonantzintla, a church unlike any other, with its vibrant indigenous-inspired decor. In Puebla City, we strolled through colonial streets, admired the stunning architecture, visited the impressive Puebla Cathedral, and enjoyed a delicious mole lunch. We ended the day shopping and soaking up local vibes at El Parián Market—a must-see! Huge thanks to Alex for being such a knowledgeable and engaging guide, and to Pacito, our friendly and skilled bus driver. This tour is perfect for anyone looking to explore beyond Mexico City for a day—highly recommended!

Puebla is a must, however, get a real bus to take us there ! - I enjoyed the places we went, especially Puebla City. Very quaint town with good food and good churros. The guide recommended a dish to die for Chiles En Nogada. The only issue was the transportation. The mini shuttle bus was super uncomfortable, especially for people that sat in the back. Due to an accident on the road, it took us four hours to get back and it was not fun being inside that shuttle bus. Do us a favor, get a real bus. Thank you.

For older people Choula... - For older people Choula is hard. Must be in great shape. Steep uphill. For going all that way I wished we could've stopped by a few more churches

Disappointed - Hello, We participated in the excursion on Saturday, May 17 to visit Puebla. It was a good start, especially thanks to our driver and our own motivation. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the guide's accompaniment. Although he was friendly and spoke two languages, he gave us very few explanations. Apart from a little information about the churches, she didn't really guide us. In his spare time, he just recommended a restaurant without giving us further directions. So we had to manage on our own to discover the beautiful streets and sights of the city, which is a shame. Besides, he had given us an appointment at 5 a.m., but he didn't come back until 5:30 p.m. This delay caused us to waste 30 minutes in Puebla, a time we could have used to keep visiting. Another important point: we have chosen this particular excursion to see the volcano, which is a must see in the region. Unfortunately, we did not see it (or briefly from the bus at the end of the day), without any explanation about it during the excursion. In short, it is an excursion that could have been really nice, but considering the price and the lack of quality in the accompaniment, I am very disappointed.

Tour was probably 75% in... - Tour was probably 75% in Spanish and the tour guide (albeit seemed very nice) had a very strong accent and would switch back and forth without pause, making it even harder to distinguish when he was speaking in English. Could not understand much at all. Tour also left 40 minutes late for unknown reasons, then we hit traffic which I guess is expected but this made us miss the opening hours for the big church in Pueblo. Overall felt I was just paying for a transport bus… but didn’t even get much time to truly explore or learn about any of the places we went to. So I guess two stars because at least the bus ride had AC.
