Marvelous Trip - The tour meet up was easy to find and the transport was right on time. Driver Oscar drove safe and knew the directions. Approx. 1 hr to the site as traffic was not too bad. We were a group of 15 people. The van was new, clean and comfortable. The information of the day by our tour guide Javier was great. He gave the tour in bilingual (Spanish & English) and he began touring from within Mexico City and towards the pyramids. He pointed out areas that should be considered. He explained the plan every time we were aches to get off. We stopped at a gas station right outside of the city for a restroom break and water and snacks. He would always give his humble opinion, which was very appreciated as I had an 8 yr old and a 10 yr old with me. There is clean restrooms before entering the pyramids roads and also a lot of stands with items for sale. The sun does get very warm when it’s out and the walking and climbing stairs get your heart pumping. Make sure to be prepared for the sun, there is hardly no shade. 1st stop: approx 45 minutes He knew where to stand and walked us to the different stations. He gave the opportunity to take pictures and answered all our questions. 2nd stop: Store with much wonderful history on Obsidian rock, artisans, weavin, maguey plant and liquor samples. This was a wonderful surprise as it wasn’t noted on the details of the trip when it was first booked. 3rd stop: 1hr 15 min. Walking from Door 2 to Door 3. Javier gave more information and directed us to other folks onsite to explain the Osidian rock and the paint on the buildings. 4th Stop: La Gruta (restaurant in a cave). It’s beautiful and very fresh. With the heat being in the cave was refreshing. The restaurant was quite busy and a reservation was not scheduled so the wait was mentioned to be 1 hr. but Javier did all he could to get us in before that and the wait time was actually only 30 minutes - So awesome J A V I E R 🤩. The check does not get split. Javier advised to note what we ordered and to add up the total and pay individually and the server will add up all the money received. It was great advice as it was quick at the end. The travel back was approximately 1 hr and it was a nice ride back that a nap fit quite well. The A/C was not to strong so at the of the trip it was a bit stuffy. Overall it was a marvelous trip!

Lorem Ipsum - We had an amazing day trip to Teotihuacan with our fantastic guide, Javier, and our friendly driver, Oscar. Javier was incredibly knowledgeable and made the history of the pyramids come alive. After exploring the site, we had lunch at La Gruta, a beautiful cave restaurant with great food and atmosphere—an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this tour!

A good trip, but restaurant reservations would improve it. - A friendly, knowledgeable, bilingual guide. A little too much time souvenir shopping for my taste. No reservation at the La Gruta, so we waited for a long time to eat.

Amazing site. Amazing restaurant, false advertising re: getting to the pyramids during valuable morning time. - Loved the ruins and the restaurant. But I felt like I would have seen more going on my own. Also, I specifically booked this exact tour because it said we would go to the pyramids in the morning before they got crowded and before it became hot. We went to one pyramid, but after that our guide stopped at a tequila place for a long time. I don’t drink and would not have selected this tour if I knew we were going to spend precious morning time having to stand around during a sales presentation. This was not mentioned as part of the tour, and I am disappointed that I was tricked into wasting my time and money when it would have been more affordable to go on my own.
