Teotihuacan pyramids - So fun! We had a great tour guide, Marco, who was so knowledgeable and provided a great long tour of the pyramids. The transportation from Mexico City was very smooth and overall we had a great time. The tour was followed by a fun lunch too!!

A great day out! - I loved this tour. We started with a tasting of some mezcal and tequila which was great! Then our tour guide Marco guided us through the pyramids and their history. He was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Tour or Pyramids and Mexico City that's personal! - I found this tour and saw there were only 21 reviews and they mentioned they are a relatively new tour company so I decided to contact them first before I booked. Descubre Tous was the only one that would pick us up from our hotel at no extra charge. I communicated with Tania well before our trip and made a request regarding going to a diff. place for lunch since it was in my daughter's bucket list and she readily agreed. I confirmed the night before and I got an email and another text that the start was going to be at 9 AM instead of 8:30 AM which was fine. Senor Juan picked us up at our hotel in Centro Historico and there only another lady that was in the group. Our tour was on a Monday and all museums were closed so we were not able to go to Palacio de Bellas Artes. We headed straight to the artisanal shops where we learned about the green agave and had tastings. It was interesting and Diego, the local guy spoke good English and we learned new things about the obsidian, etc. Linda, another local girl, gave us the water bottle before we headed to the pyramids. The pyramids tour was comprehensive and interesting. Another guide (we didn't get get her name since we got joined with a group of 5 people) , She spoke good English and we didn't feel rushed or anything. It was about noontime so it was a little hot but not scorching since it was early Feb. Senor Juan took us to our restaurant of choice and then after we went back to Mexico City and dropped us off at the Angel de la Independencia. PROS: -Flexible, I just hoped they had a diff. stop to replace of Palacio de Bellas Artes when museums -Communication was great and you are informed of pick up and other details -The local guides were friendly and informative -Small group so it felt really personal and we didn't have to herd a lot of people CONS: -The tour said Vehicle with AC, but there was no AC in the Nissan car that was a little beat up . Mexico City has a lot of smog and I really got a headache from the fumes I suggest have the driver turn on AC if your tour says so.
