I remember for a lifetime - An unforgettable experience. Very friendly staff and the extraordinary pilot. Although it is necessary to get up early, the view of the Teotihuacan pyramids from the sky is an incredible and unforgettable experience

Hard working balloon crew and magical moments - This was a great experience. A very early start is required to beat traffic and be in the sky at sunrise. Our balloon was one of the first in the air and we were airborne for over 42 minutes. The views were amazing and the staff worked hard as a team to make it happen.

So much fun - Mucho increíble! Great value for the experience. I would love to do it again. Lots of food, great balloon ride, fun tasting and tour at the end. Ride there and back was awesome

Exceptional experience but I would just take the hot air balloon as a ride extras are not necessary - Great experience with hotel pick-up, all in hot air balloon was just magical, breakfast buffet not in one as planned, the tour of the pyramids was pretty quick alas. However selling photo and video was quite expensive plan your own photo taking

Amazing balloon flight - The balloon flight itself was incredible. It was a beautiful day, our pilot was great, and we really enjoyed the other guests that were on the adventure as well (about 16 people total). Our stop at the pyramids was also good as we were provided with a guide who was very informative. The not-so-enjoyable parts were the 'selling" parts... Such as having to wait in a room with some bad coffee while being sold in photos and expensive drone footage. And the mezcal tasting was so rushed with tastings so miniscule, it became quite obvious that we were just transported to a souvenir shop to buy their stuff. The buffet was quite basic. The balloon flight and pyramids were great, though!

Ballon flight was fantastic but tour needs improvement - Balloon flight was definitely worth it and a fantastic way to see the pyramids. Also enjoyed the 1hr walk around the pyramid site with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Throughout the day everyone was very friendly and trying their best.
The tour could be significantly improved however. It was a long day, around 11 hours which was significantly more than the 7-8 hours indicated in the description (it would have been good to know this). A lot of that time is waiting around at various check in points, and being bussed around different bits and there was very little cohesion to the tour. The buffet breakfast was also very disappointing and probably the worst part of the day.
In hindsight we would have booked the balloon experience separately and then just booked some private transportation for the day.

A lot of expectations - Program schedules are not respected at all. It all started between 1-1h30 late (from the shuttle). There are a lot of timeouts, so don't expect to see the sunrise. We go back and forth between two places of breakfast (which are more like snacks), without knowing why. It’s a shame because if we had been able to follow the program as soon as we arrived on the spot, it would have been perfect. But constantly waiting, taking the shuttle for nothing, makes the experience less interesting right away.
