Private tour of Teotihuacan, Cave Restaurant, and Balloons. - Great priavte tour and flexibility by TourMate Mexico. We wanted to do the balloons, a cave restaurant, a private tour of Teotihuacan that was longer than an hour and they delivered it all (the balloons were canceled due to weather but we were refunded and kept entertainined) with a private transfer. Professional and knowledgeable team, highly recommended.

Excellent evaluator of fitness and interests, modifying the tour to fit the group. - We toured both Teotihuacan and Xochimilco in one day, on a Sunday to avoid traffic between the two distant sites. Yordi picked us up at our AirBnB in Roma Norte in a large comfortable van. We never had a lack of conversation, about Mexican traditions and modern culture. He sized us up as an oder couple, but fit, so led us on the full tour of Teotihuacan, explaining what we saw historically along the way.
We broke for lunch at Yordi's recommended restaurant (apparently there are more than one cave restaurants), which was excellent before driving south to Xochimilco.
There it was apparent that Yordi develops relationships with boat schedulers and drivers. We had a great time as a result, exceeding my expectations of what is obviously a (mainly Mexican) tourist attraction.
If you can visit the National Museum of Achaeology in Mexico City prior to Teotihuacan do so, but at least visit it afterward. That excellent museum explains the sites history better than the museum on site, which is also – but not quite as – good.

Teotihuacan half-day tour. - We have hired Yordi for a private tour of Teotihuacan while in Mexico City. He came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. The outing took about 5 hours with about 3 hours spent at the site. Morning pickup time is flexible and cost of the tour is very reasonable.
We were picked up in a clean, comfortable air conditioned minivan. We were chatting along the way about Mexico City in general, since it was our first time there my wife was asking all kinds of questions. Yordi’s English is pretty good so it was easy to understand everything he was saying. Tour consisted of two stops on opposite sides of the park and ride in between. Yordi is very knowledgeable about history and archeology of the site. All in all it was a perfect tour and I highly recommend Yordi as a tour guide.

CDMX Must Do - Teotihuacan was so much fun and is a CDMX must do. Yordi is a fantastic guide who is very knowledgeable, personable, and nice. We were a large group of 12, but working out the finer details (like transportation options) with Yordi was very easy and straightforward. His rate is very reasonable and you pay half up front to reserve your spot and the other half en route. Highly recommended and will definitely use him again for other tours when we return. Thanks so much for a memorable day!

100% would recommend - amazing tour and guide - My partner and I had the pleasure of doing the guided tour of Teotihuacan with Yordi. The tour was incredibly interesting with a great amount of information provided, while checking how much info we wanted therefore keeping us engaged from start to finish. He was happy to take pictures for us and recommended the best spots for this. Yordi is a very safe driver and made the journey part of the tour by providing recommendations for places to visit in CDMX as well as introducing us to a variety of Mexican music genres. He made us feel welcome instantly and it felt like we’d known him forever. Can’t recommend the tour enough and specifically Yordi as he has tailored his tour to be relevant, appropriate, interesting and fun.

They’re not Pyramids but rather triangles of success! - Yordi is an exceptional tour guide. From the pickup to the drop off, he remained engaging and pleasant. During the pyramid tour, Yordi’s knowledge and enthusiasm was on full display. I’d highly recommend a tour with Yordi.

Great experience! - Yordi was a great driver, friendly, and gave lots of info about the pyramids. I went on a Tuesday which made meant the pyramids weren’t very busy. I highly recommend!

Exceptional outing to the pyramids - The entirety of the tour was exceptional. From the moment we were picked up till the minute we were dropped off, we felt we were in excellent hands. Yordi is pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He is very approachable and we asked countless questions. His English is superb and there were no communication issues. He is an experienced guide and really brought the Teotihuacán civilization to life. We saw everything there was to see, including a visit to the on-site museum. We asked for a supplemental addition to the tour so we could have lunch at La Cueva and that also didn't disappoint. Upon my next visit to Mexico City, I will hire Yordi again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
