Great experience! - Yordi was a great driver, friendly, and gave lots of info about the pyramids. I went on a Tuesday which made meant the pyramids weren’t very busy. I highly recommend!

Exceptional outing to the pyramids - The entirety of the tour was exceptional. From the moment we were picked up till the minute we were dropped off, we felt we were in excellent hands. Yordi is pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He is very approachable and we asked countless questions. His English is superb and there were no communication issues. He is an experienced guide and really brought the Teotihuacán civilization to life. We saw everything there was to see, including a visit to the on-site museum. We asked for a supplemental addition to the tour so we could have lunch at La Cueva and that also didn't disappoint. Upon my next visit to Mexico City, I will hire Yordi again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Superb guide and tour - Excellent service. In setting up the tour a month before arrival, he was rapid in his replies to my questions. Excellent communication pre-tour; excellent English on tour. Punctual with his pickup in a spotless a/c van. Knowledgeable about the pyramids. Booked the additional sunrise balloon ride which was well worth it. Great way to experience Teotihuacan from the air and the ground. Must do!

Chose Yordi from TourMate for a Great personalised service with flexibility. - Great day with Yordi from TourMate, he owns the company and offers a detailed personalised service with great flexibility and good value for money. The car is superb very new, clean, comfortable, great aircon and our driver was also very experienced and safe. We chose the pyramid tour initially and added the Basilica de Guadalupe on the day - both are a must and offer great experiences. Yordi had kept the whole day free for us in case we wanted add ons which we really appreciated. Definitely chose Yordi from TourMate if you want a personal touch to your experience and to avoid the crowds where possible.

Excellent! - We booked a private tour with Yordi to the pyramids. Everything was perfect. A clean and safe car, very spacious. Yordi himself is very reliable, speaks great English and has profound knowledge of historical and cultural aspects. We felt very welcome as guests and had a really nice day. Thank you Yordi

Best tour I could have asked for! - I could not have asked for a better tour! Yordi picked us up from our hotel in a comfortable van and took us to Teotihuacan and we were the very first people into the park, which made for great photos. Yordi had so much knowledge of the location, and also was fun and a great photographer! When the museum was unexpectedly closed, Yordi quickly pivoted. He also arranged for us to have lunch in a cave. Overall it was an incredible day and we have Yordi to thank for it!

A lovely private tour - Yordi was a knowledgeable, very pleasant guide who spoke perfect English.
He tailored the tour to suit our interests, and we added a short visit to the Basilica on the way home - which was perfect.

Must do day trip! - Yordi was extremely knowledgeable, professional and communicative. We had a great time with him and learned a lot! The pyramids are a must see in Mexico City and Yordi's tour makes the experience comfortable, easy and most importantly so much fun!

Excellent and well priced private tour by wonderful English speaking guide. - The tour was excellent. Yordi's English is perfect. We booked a trip for 2 people and he picked us up in a very comfortable SUV for the 1 hour drive to Teotihuacan. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. Also, he was very accommodating. He let us choose the length of the tour which I am sure would be appreciated by some people with mobility issues. We toured the entire site but opted not to add on a lunch or a stop at the Basilica de Guadalupe. He is happy to provide those options. The price was very reasonable for the one on one attention we got. We recommend him highly.

Perfect Teotihuacan Tour - Our tour to Teotihuacan was wonderful experience from pick-up to return. Yordi is an enthusiastic and thoughtful guide with excellent English. He was able to answer our many questions about living in Mexico City while driving us in his clean, comfortable vehicle. And then at the Teotihuacan site he shared his knowledge, explaining the history and significance, and making sure we saw and appreciated the many highlights. He flexed to let us have our own time to explore as well. Just the perfect mix for our group!
