Well-organized, thoughtful guide, stunning views, great company. - Excellent Tolantongo day trip! Our guide was fantastic—he walked with us to the best spots, drove us between sites, and told us exactly what to bring so we could enjoy everything stress-free. Great lunch stop, beautiful final viewpoint for photos, and a really fun group of travelers. Smooth, well-run, and memorable. Highly recommend!

Great guide, very nice with good discussions throughout the day - Great experience, the tunnel is amazing as well as the cave open. The pools complete the site very well. That's really nice.

This was an amazing... - This was an amazing experience. Each place and activity had the correct amount of time and was so much fun. This does not include breakfast but we made a stop at starbucks for breakfast. Definetely worth the 4 hour drive. I will say you do not need to pay the extra $25 for lunch since the restaurant has cheaper food that you can just get normally.

Relaxing Warm Waters - This was the best excursion. Being in a cave/waterfall with warm natural water was like being in heaven. Very grounding and relaxing. My family enjoyed all three parts of this excursion, especially the cave. It is a long day of travel but was well worth it. Can't wait to experience the beauty again

Great experience - It was just me and the tour guide and his car. It was my own private tour pretty much. Can't wait to take the whole family.

Trip during holiday break - The day was incredibly cold. We were accomodated in a Mercedes sprinter which was very nice. We stopped at Starbucks for bathroom break and breakfast. The drive was more like four hours no traffic. Our tour guide Howard was energetic and fun. The baths were fine. This is where I take ownership. We lost our group and in the confusion they waited forty minutes for us. We felt incredibly bad because again it was cold. The company communicated with us and Howard came himself and got us. Thank you and I’m sorry again for the miscommunication. The rest went off without incident. It is a lot of walking hills etc so we opted out of the cave and waterfall at that time we were gassed out of breath tired and cold. The restaurant we were taken to was ok. PLEASE BRING CASH THEY ONLY TAKE CASH. No issues on our back. Thank you Howard for making the best of everything

Amazing Waters - The views and water were amazing. The colors of the water with the mountains were beautiful. It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience resting in the water. The guide left clear expectations as to where to meet him and when. He left enough time to enjoy each site on our own. All of it was very enjoyable with the cave at the end of the tour being a touch of adventure mixed with relaxation. While the tour guide was very clear as to when and where to meet, he was not clear about what was going on or what to expect next. I learned to ask questions very clearly that he should have included. The guide was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. There were not to many descriptions of the activity of the tour. We thought it was just the hot springs, but there are three different activities included in this tour… The hot springs: we spent about an 1 1/2 hours at the hot springs with 20-30 different hot tub style hot spring pools. The river: we spent about an hour in a river heated by thermal activity with different sections that reminded me of a fish ladder. The water is turquoise blue and perfectly warm. The cave: the river you swim in starts at the mouth of a cave that has the thermal water gushing out of it. Such a unique experience. Lunch: they stop at a restaurant for you to buy yourself lunch. It was a very tasty restaurant. In all, we left Mexico City at 5:30 am and returned at 8:30pm

The place is beautiful, the... - The place is beautiful, the views nice. We were unlucky that the previous week it rained a lot and we could not enter the river or the grottoes, only the pools, however that is not the fault of the operator. From the operator we can say that it was very punctual, however only the driver Fernando arrived and for a while we felt that he was sleeping, we asked some things along the way and did not know them, we felt upset when we did not want to have lunch where he proposed (practically a stall in the street).
