The experience begins with a communal effort, as we collaborate to prepare the area: collecting wood for the fire, gathering fresh produce, and setting the scene for the healing journey ahead.

As the ambiance transforms, we will lift our voices in song, commencing the sacred healing process with the Rapé ceremony. The journey reaches its peak inside the ancient Temazcal (sweat lodge) through four significant cycles of renewal. Rest assured, calming breaks will be provided between each cycle, ensuring comfort and grounding for everyone new to this intense, yet profoundly rewarding, path of hot vapors and shadow work.
