Gorgeous Lagoon and Great Guide - We had a wonderful time on our pontoon tour of Bacalar Lagoon with Roberto. He shared fascinating information about the lagoon’s ecology and some of the local history, which made the experience even more interesting.
We stopped to swim in the gorgeous blue water at the Pirates Channel and Cenote Cocalitos, both of which were absolutely beautiful. After our swims, Roberto treated us to fresh fruit and cold water, which was a perfect and refreshing touch.
Roberto was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole trip a lot of fun. We really enjoyed our time on the lagoon and would highly recommend this tour!

Perfect tour in Bacalar with an amazing guide (Zayed) - We booked our tour on a day that was supposed to be cloudy however as the tour progressed the sky cleared up and we had the best experience! Zayed took us to all the nice places such as the cenotes, bird island, and pirate canal. We had plenty of time to swim and relax at the locations, the water was so blue we had never seen anything like it before. Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

Excellent tour with Zayed - Zayed has been outstanding. Serious, professional and very proactive. We were lucky to find a nice group and the tour was even better. Despite the rain, we enjoyed the tour very much.

An unforgettable excursion! - Superb excursion to Bacalar with our guide Carlos! A walk in an incredible landscape, the lagoon and its cenotes, with the bonus of swimming time at sunset, and group photos taken by Carlos with professional know-how! Don’t hesitate to book, we even privatised the boat! ⛵️

Beautiful tour - You can choose between Spanish and English tour guide.
For a 2.5 hour tour the price of 23€ was OK , there was still water and some fruit .
After that they drove us to the ADO station.

Think twice before booking. - Do not book this outing. I wasnt sure where to go and called the agent and there was a HUGE language barrier. Even though we had stated while booking we were english speaking. Even had a choice to choose from. He text me a place to go to via google maps...which was in BRAZIL. We were in Roatan not Brazil. He ended up getting frustrated and hung up on me and then wouldnt answer.
Think twice before booking.
