Unfortunately, the guide was very unfriendly - A lovely experience in terms of the archaeological site and natural beauty, like the cenote. Unfortunately, the guide was very unfriendly, constantly telling the tourists to be quiet, complaining about the tip amount, and worst of all, touching the women inappropriately!

Too many Sales Pitches - We were really looking forward to this experience. The hard sell of obsidian in the get-go was disappointing. We spent one hour at the shopping area. The lunch was just okay. Once on the bus, there was another sales push to buy Mayan liquor- too much pressure. Finally, the guides were nagging about tips. We really liked the visit to Chichén Itzá but the numerous sales pitches tainted the overall experience.
