Mhamid to Sidi Naji: From Civilization to Desert and Wildlife

M’Hamid - The guide will meet you at the designated pick-up location and escort you to the rest of the team, including the guides and camels. Begin your journey by walking through diverse landscapes to explore the desert. After two hours, enjoy a lunch break, then continue walking to the day’s final destination, Sidi Naji. Set up a wild camp, light a fire, and after dinner, indulge in stargazing.

From Sidi Naji to Erg Zahar

Mhamid - Following breakfast, embark on a three-hour walk. Set up a wild camp and have lunch. In the afternoon, walk to the large dune, watch the sunset from the highest point, then return to the camp to spend the night.

Erg Zahar to Kreaat Jmal

Mhamid - Optionally wake up to watch the sunrise, then enjoy breakfast. Begin a two-hour walk, find a pleasant shady Tamarisk tree for lunch, and after a break, continue to the destination, Kreaat Jmal, where you will spend the night.

Kreaat Jmal to Mhamid

M’Hamid - After breakfast, start a two-hour walk and have lunch under the shade of a Tamarisk tree. There is a high chance of spotting ostriches. After lunch, continue back to Mhamid.
