It is a work out. Pick up... - It is a work out. Pick up was easy. The beach was great with waves that weren't too big. The instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would do it again anytime.

Good experience - The coach is very flexible. Our boat got delayed but he still arrange an additional class in the afternoon. My friends and I had great time.

So much fun!!! - We recently attended a beginner surf class with Ariihei, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Such a fun experience - We had such a fantastic time surfing with this group! It was easy to coordinate pick up and drop off and we had a blast. They did a great job providing instructions and tips to help us feel more comfortable on the board. Nina is the absolute best! Thanks for all your help!

Good fun to try surfing - I have took surfing lessons in the past. This was very similar to that one. The trainer demonstrated how to stand up on the surfboard and how to maintain balance and after that let us do it by ourselves in the water. occasionally the trainer approaced trainees individually and gave them advice.

Surf lessons for all ages - Waves and access to the beach was a little challenging if you are a senior. As a light weight person and a first time surfer the waves were challenging to get out in without being blown over while attached to the board. Instructions were brief but supportive and then he stayed with us out in the water but had to help me get out. I would have preferred proper water shoes than bare feet. No real place to leave personal items like phones and glasses on the beach so left in locked vehicle. No photos unless you take your own camera.
