I liked my experience... - I liked my experience mostly the everglades part . It was so nice seeing them in nature. Plus because of the time we couldn’t complete the tour . It was late for the cruise . And when I called the agency the next day they solved the problem immediately and gave me a chance to complete the tour .

Everglades tour with big bus! - The tour was amazing, we got to see 3 wild alligators and different birds! Plus we loved the gator show, the gators are rescues and are not allowed to be let out in the wild so they are not captive which is amazing. We also got to hear facts about the gator situation in Florida and the alligators which was fascinating. Our big bus tour bus driver German was great! He made sure everyone was accommodated! Would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Miami.

Difficult experience - We were unable to use all three activities we paid for because the hours they were offered conflicted. I had tried to contact the operator by clicking on the "contact the operator" button on the Trip Advisor confirmation email two days prior to our trip to ask how to connect with the vendors to redeem the Trip Advisor coupon, given that more than one vendor was involved and I wanted to be sure the scheduling would work. I never received a reply. Redeeming the coupon was confusing on site, but we managed. However, when I asked for a refund of the open top bus tour, which we were unable to take, I was told they could not provide it because it was purchased through a third party (Trip Advisor). Very bad customer relations.... (The two activities we were able to do were fine - everglades and bay cruise.)

Awful 😣 - We were supposed to have the open bus tour, the million $ home on boat tour and Everglades. All we received was the Everglades - the whole trip was terribly organized. We got to Bayside the boat place said we had to go to the front of bayside, so we went there then we were informed that we would only see the Everglades because of the time they booked our tour over $200 for that. We drove out there had about 20-30 min in the Everglades seen 3 gators - the third one was actually the first one we seen. Then returning back to bayside Miami the bus driver forgot to drop us off. He dropped us off at a very dark area of some park and when we told him his answer was oh well. It cost me an extra $25 in Uber fair (over the price from bayside) to get back to our hotel. Was a complete waste of our trip for the day and expensive!!!! Never again

Terrible ordeal - Unfortunately they offer 3 things and only fulfill one, I paid $190 for 3 experiences and I could only enjoy one. Lack of customer engagement and disorganization are evident. Try to contact them to arrange the tour and they take a long time to respond. I requested a refund for the missing experiences and they also wouldn't answer for the money. Don't lose your money. Of course, the driver and guide who took us to the everglades was very good and kept an eye on all the people on the tour. Those people are the ones you should hire.
