Tons of of fun - Bus tour was so much fun. Would have enjoyed exploring more places. I would do that again. The stops were fun. Would have been nice to stop a few more spots. Loved the chance to take photos and try new things.

Our guide for the bus... - Our guide for the bus tour was awesome. However, our bus didn’t have any AC which made it a bit miserable. We enjoyed the stop in Little Havana. For some reason our boat tour was booked with a different company (attractions4us). Not sure why this happened. I made one transaction on the Viator app. No one in the doc knew who this company was. They didn’t have a company sign at there station. We kept asking around and were directed t on the wrong area over and over again. I finally found a phone number for them and got directions to their booth. (They are located behind the Farris wheel.) The boat tour was ok. Unless you were sitting where the guide was, you had no idea what he was talking about. He would say “look over here…” Because we were inside the boat and he was outside we couldn’t see what he was pointing to.

Terrible! - If the tour operators and folks in the offices do not recognize the trip advisor booking then you have a problem. Missed this tour because the folks in the office and one of the tour guides told me that that the my booking was not for them. I think this company and trip advisor should fix the description on the tour. The stafff was less than helpful. My recommendation is do not do this tour until they have fixed their systems.

Horrific Christmas Experience - Hold Viator accountable for lack of cancellation notification. Viator should communicate with big bus to ensure vital information. We waited for the tour bus for a 9:15 am pick up. At 9:34 am I called to inquire and found out that no bus will be coming. Next bus tour will be at 1 pm. Plans were ruined. I asked for a refund for trip and parking. They said no to the $30 parking.

Pathetic - Nothing memorable It was a disaster from the very beginning . There was total chaos at the starting point. Bus started at 3pm and time was 2pm. Very poor air conditioning as it was very hot and humid and itinerary mentioned was not followed

Terrible bait and switch - This was a bait and switch. We signed up for a half day tour and was told there was not one. We were the put on a whole day tour bus that was not close to what we signed up for. The tour guide was terrible and we ended up getting off the tour and Ubering back to our hotel. The company is refusing to refund us.

Worst experience - The worst experience please never ever book this tour it has ruined our day .it is a scam the boat tour address is no where mention customer service is no help . It just ruined our vacation especially for my kids . Never book this save your money . It’s 0 star

Disorganised and doesn't deliver on promise. - Our tour was called "Miami: Bus Tour South Beach Cruise & Little Havana". We understood that it would take a total of 3 - 3.5 hours. We left the tour office at 3.00 and were told they were dropping the South Beach part of the tour because there wouldn't be time. We then sat in a traffic jam in an open top bus (in a rainstorm, but we can't blame them for that) on the bridge from South Beach to the mainland. The guide explained that this was typical traffic for that time of day! Then through some boring skyscrapers to Little Havana which I'm sure is lively in the evenings but is just like any shopping area during the day. We were dropped at a gift shop (presumably the guide's cousin or similar) and encouraged to go to the bar next door for 45 minutes. Back on the bus to drive through several building sites until we get to the dock. It's now about 5.30 and getting dark, and we wouldn't get back to the dock until 7.30 and still needed the bus back to South Beach - it was just too late as we had plans for the evening so we aborted the cruise part of the trip, despite having paid for it. And all the time on the bus the guide repeatedly demanded a tip at the end of the tour "or his family wouldn't eat"!
